we ordered 15 sub sandwich’s for our basketball team , they disregarded our order request and made the sandwich’s the same way !!! this is absurd !!! we have people who are allergic to tomatoes and now cannot eat there food and when have a 4 hour drive back to our school !

Terrible and greedy subway I paid like 9.75$ for a grilled chicken wrap and there was like 3 tiny peices of chicken threw out the entire wrap I didn't pay for a veggie wrap I will never eat here again.

We came in two days in a row because the sandwich at Subway off of Ramsey Street was put together so well.... I gave him a three out of a five because they're inconsistent. Obviously the sandwich was not good at all the very next day

They downside their meats, they barely put anything on and when you ask for more they charge you and when they do it’s still not enough to taste the meat on your sub. Worst sub I’ve had ever! I’ve went there twice and it was the same thing. Horrible job, subway needs to be taken down or up their game….

Too expensive. They measure the meat out and it doesnt even reach the end of the bread. Like an inch on each side. Very stingy. Other subways are fine, this one is not.

Workers weren’t wearing masks. My sub was also basically just lettuce and bread. Lettuce was borderline brown. I would choose a different location.

Ordered over 30$ worth of food. Got it and it was cold even though specifically instructed to toast the sandwiches. My husband asked for oil and vinaigrette and salt and pepper and it wasn’t added. Then on my sandwich I got the steak and cheese. My sandwich is all Mayo and lettuce. I barely had any meat at all and paid extra for extra cheese and I didn’t get that either. It’s all small issues but what upset me the most was how many times I had to actually call before ANYONE answered the phone. When I finally got an employee after calling LITERALLY 12 times I asked for a manager. He wasn’t in so I requested speaking with another supervisor on duty and explained what my problem was. She goes to tell me to just bring the food back and she would replace it. Which wouldn’t have been a problem but the whole reason we ordered through uber eats was so we didn’t have to leave the house. So I asked if there was anyway she could just take our names down and replace the sandwich at a later date but she advised me that was against her bosses policy. It’s very unprofessional to treat a customer this way especially with how much money I spend at this store on a REGULAR basis
