It's 3:50 in the afternoon. Order online for mobile. Only 2 cars in line including mine. Car already on side waiting for other. Car in front of me is now waiting for other on the side. Then I am asked to pull around and wait in delivery spot. I asked why cause there is no one else in line but me. I was told so they can keep their drive thru times down. I'm waiting for my other now after I pulled out of the restaurant and drove back in. The car that was in front of me got their order and a car that wasn't in line when I was in line has there food before me. And the doors are locked so they are serving no one in the inside. Like come on. I expect that from a busy place not an empty one.
I normally have a great experience here.

This taco bell is fire. They always make your food right, they always cook your tortillas, this place is godly compared to the dumpster fire that is hope mills, I got the new steak burrito from the house mills one the flour wasn't cooked and there was no steak in it, and I still haven't heard from them about it.
But this taco bell, is king. I'm forever going to go out my way to go here cause they seem to always do you good thank you so much!!!!!

I went to this Taco Bell yesterday and although the staff were very nice, I can't believe they had to work with no AC and the temps outside were 90+ degrees! Unbelievable! I also was told their ice machine wasn't working so they couldn't sell carbonated drinks. My question to you is, would YOU want to work under those circumstances?

Wife made an online order for me to pick up and it had items missing from the order. This isn't the first time they failed to complete a mobile order either....Just read the ticket twice and make the order once. Hell maybe even read it 3 or 4 times but get it correct pls. Now I gotta make tacos cause Taco Bell forgets to put them in the bag. #robbery

Waited 15+ minutes for a nacho bell grande and a chicken taco, finally got it and its the absolute bare minimum. Chips a tiny bit of sour cream, beans, and tomatoes..lukevwarm..that's it. There was 2 cars in front of us, one of them pulled off so really only one. Very disappointed.

Listen, I have cravings okay and going to Taco Bell right after the Mexican Pizzas come back is ideal at 9pm. This store was the closest to my house and before we left the house it said they close at 2AM. So why is it that I get there and they tell me at 9:05 that they were done taking orders? I went to Skibo and they supplied my craving just fine. I worked at Taco Bell so I know the struggle but I’m pretty sure it’s against policy to send customers away before closing? Am I wrong?

This was not my usual Wendy's but it will be know! They were so busy the insid!e was closed to only order on the mobile app and te drive through never had less than 10 cars waiting but I was amazed at how fast that line moved! The Manager and cashier had that window working so smoothly and they were so friendly and they were VERY short staffed. They were graet and the food was perfect!

I am a Chalupa lover. My mouth was ready for the next best thing. YUCK best describes that disaster.
