Manager standing around gossiping about cooks and dish washer with customer parked in drive thru lane at lunch hour traffic then giving food and drink away. Watched this poor management while eating my lunch. Dining room fairly clean, food and service was good.
No matter how many times you go they can't seem to get a simple bucket meal right. Wrong sides, missing chicken, forgotten biscuits. It's always wrong.
Very disappointed, I haven't had KFC in some yrs. So I'm in fayetteville and thought why not. First off we waited 20 Mins for the original chicken not just us about 6 other cars as well. 2nd it was cooked in old grease and for $24 and some change for 8 pieces and 2 sides you would think it would be
The food is really good by the way it is really KFC Quick they asked me if I wanted barbecue sauce or dip in sauce I said yes they didn't give it to me.

Love to eat buffet there the price is good for seniors and the kids and the food is good.
Mixed up my order . Told Me 13 minutes on wings. It took 33 minutes before they came to tell me that they didn't have my honey wings, that I didn't order. After that then they brought my food cold and not make right . So to that no I was not satisfied!!!!!!
I used to love KFC. I don't know what they have done over the past few years but it just isn't as good anymore. I wonder if they changed the oil they use to fry...
