Wiener Works

Husband wanted a hotdog so we figured going to a place that specializes in hotdogs & it would be a good experience for him. The customer service wasn't good. No one spoke, not even when we went up to be served. Just blah. I tried the fish sandwich, fries, some of his chili from his dog, and 1 of his chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were the best thing there. They had good flavor and texture. Ordered some tartar sauce for the fish sandwich and that was good as well. The tea was not sweet. Most of the fries were dry and crunchy with no lil to no potato in them. The fish sandwich was just blah and small. I tasted the chili on his hotdog and it was not good, it tasted like bad cheap movie chili. The place is cheap but for the quality of that meal it should've been like $5. I haven't ate at a Mc Donald's in America in over 5 yrs but I'm sure that would've tasted better & been worth the $$$. I will not be eating here again.

Oh my goodness, I'm so happy! I use to live in NC and ate at Wiener Works a lot. I moved to SC and have not eaten here in over 16 years. We were in Hope Mills for my granddaughter's birthday and decided to to stop by. To say I was excited is an understatement. It was amazing! The food, service and prices were as great as I remembered. It's great when somethings stay the same! Love this place!

For the price they have great food. Feeding a family of five for under $50 in Fayetteville is practically impossible, but not here. All five of us can get a meal we really like for under 50 bucks. Also I have to say they have the best toys and their kids meal of any chain in the area. They have real toys that actually do stuff and my kids really love it!

We went to weiner works at the corner of hope mills Rd and Cumberland Rd a few nights ago. They were very very slow. We, and another lady in front of us, waited at the order speaker for over 20 minutes before anyone even said "hello", "sorry for the wait", or "be right with you". No explanations given when we finally got to the window. Never had an experience like this before. What's going on, guys and/or gals? I've noticed the last few times we've been that several, if not all, of the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. Maybe corporate should look into raising moral of the team members. If no one is happy, something needs to change. Respond and will gladly change rating. Thank you!
