Rarely get our drinks right and cashiers seemed like they would rather be doing anything except serving you. I love DD as a whole or else this would be 1 star. It's a few people at this location we've had issues with not everyone.

It has chgd so much over the years. In my most recent experiences: cheese tortilla had a hair in it. Then I asked and I found they DO NOT wear hair nets. The donut fries and the ham and cheese tortilla tasted like toasted freezer burned food. Tortilla was a bit stale. My own kids turned the donut fries and ham n cheese tortillas down after a first bite. For over 2days the frozen machine for all those fun cold drinks had been broken down. Donuts holes jelly ran out by just 237pm. They should be more prepared than that. Sandwiches are great!

The drink was good but when I asked the drive thru lady what she would recommend for a sweet drink since I had not been to a Duncan donuts in a very long while she was short and rude.

I usually like to stop here for a quick bite to eat and drink, but it's pot luck if the staff has decided to make fresh donuts available especially on Sunday mornings

great coffee, and great frappés. one of the employees even recommended and made me something similar to something they didnt actually serve, and it was just as close as it could get and i appreciated it a lot.

It was an express so the donuts are self serve but there was no coffee made at 7am and I had to go under the counter and refill the cups myself....if it wasn't the only place open I would have left....customer service was terrible
