Spaghetti was watery! We ordered meat sauce but got marinara instead. And the waiter didn't know what a knish was. I'll take my business to Zorba's or Lindy's next time I want some spaghetti.

Update, from below, tried a take out order again this weekend and it was ready on time. The staff seemed much more synchronized. Great pizza.
Good pizza but takes too long. Called in an order for pick up was told 25 minutes and it’s been 55. No one has told me anything

You can taste the freshness. I came at the perfect time, to get hot pizza right out the oven. Great customer service. Laid back and cool atmosphere, great for a date!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Customer service is the worst. Burnt pizza. Bad attitudes. Confused staff. Waitress used her hands to pick up the pizza and sausages. Apparently the staff were having trouble with each other. I was not the only customer who did not like the experience. We will NEVER go back. Elizabeth's Pizza is better!!!

I love their stuffed crust pizza here. This is the only place i know of that makes it this way as well. They are huge pieces of pizza as well. A awesome place to eat. When we crave pizza this is where me mt little girl and fiance goes he loves this place as well.

We had a great meal at Primo! The pizza was piping hot at delicious, best slices I've had outside NYC! The waitress was attentive and the atmosphere made it a nice dinner after a 12 hour shift.

Our waitress Alina did a wonderful job. They were unexpectedly short staffed today and she was the only waitress in a almost full restaurant I am impressed, she did not miss a beat, refilling drinks on time, taking our order and still being attentive to a party of 14 people. The entire staff pulled together to make it a good dining experience. The food was good and served in a reasonable amount of time.
