This was the best Chick-fil-A experience I've had in a long time! We came late (about 45 minutes before closing) and there was no wait at all. The staff was all surprisingly cheerful and attentive even though it was so close to closing. Our order was ready in no time and it was completely accurate.

Shirley was GREAT!! I was alone with my toddler and 11 month old and she checked on me several times, got a high chair for me & a to go back for our leftovers! She told me to ask her for help anytime I come in. With a smile & great attitude, there’s not much of that now a days - especially in fast food. Always great service at Raeford Rd CFA - thanks again Shirley you rock 😁

A walk down memory lane for me. The original chicken was a childhood memory of the mall and a time when they gave you free samples. I had more than my share of those. I think I have made up for it coming back as a paid customer for 30 plus years. The food is wonderful and the customer service is my pleasure!

This place provides just what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. Excellent service, fresh food and slightly higher prices than everywhere else. The kids love it, the wife loves it and I just want to eat something.

I redeemed a FREE spicy chicken sandwich for my youngest & paid for a small fry. I called back to the raeford road location where I originally ordered, & Zach was so kind & told me for the drive he will redeem a saandwich & fry for no cost because I told him it takes a while for my drive thank you. I am still very satisfied
