Well I’m a starbz addict and sometimes the service is kinda just meh, regular, don’t blame them because they are so busy all the time. But today I had a really great experience at this Starbucks. Not only are their new protocols with only online pick ups and drive through great while this covid variant is at large, but also the barista filling my order asked my name when i came in and clarified my drink order with me just to make sure it was perfect. honestly, i order it all the time, but it was somehow even better this time around because of her extra care. Another thing I love that they are keeping oatmilk in stock way more these days, it’s definitely my favorite milk alternative. Anyways, i guess altogether it was a great experience if im taking the time to write a review about somewhere i go all the time haha!

Time and time again. They fail on the vanilla cream cold brew. Super nasty bitter and with ice? There’s barely any vanilla cream in it.

Been to this location a few times, and have never had any issues; other than a longer wait. This last visit we made was pretty rough. We ordered the 2 pictured drinks below and 3 other drinks, not pictured. The first one was ordered as hot, and the second was with no whip. After the 25 minute wait for 5 cars in front of us, when we got to the window they had only prepared 1 of the 3 kids drinks we ordered. Once we got that sorted out, we got our first drink, frozen, and mistook it for our iced. Wouldn’t be the first time our order was wrong; it happens. The second drink that came out, was ordered with no whip; as the label depicts. The kids white hot chocolates we scalding. We found this ironic that the labels on the cups were all correct, it was just the drinks themselves were not. To top off this rough experience, we only received one straw. I will say that the baristas were nice at least. All in all, a struggling Starbucks chain trying to survive.

I absolutely enjoyed my food and beverage. My grievance is due to the length of time I waited to be served. The staff moved so casually in my opinion versus as swiftly as they could've to alleviate the length of time customers waited. I spent a total of 45 minutes in the Starbucks drive thru.
As I mentioned, food was wonderful (sandwich was hot and fresh and my pink drink was fresh as well).

This is by far the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to. This location is not equipped to handle any amount of volume. The wait was over 30 min. Then was given a drink filled with whipped cream because they didn’t fill the cup up. Will never visit here again.

Staff is friendly and nice, coffee is always good, perfect place to get some work done, surf the internet, or have a quick meeting.

I asked for a hot green tea with a pump of classic sweetener and what I got back was not that. First two drinks were fine. You see what I got was green tea latte with sweetener and I'm not sure how they messed that up. But I'm not much for complaining so i sucked it up and took a sip. Now I found my favorite Starbucks drink ever. So thanks for the mix up I found my new love.💚💚💚
