My parents and I have been coming to MiCasita for over 25 years. This restaurant never disappoints. The customer service is fantastic - the servers are kind and attentive. The food is also amazing. The cheese dip is a must and I've not found another restaurant with better. I'd also recommend the crunchy beef tacos, shredded chicken enchiladas, and rice bowls. Even the sour cream here is somehow extra good...!

Just like all of the stores in town, this one was great. Went there for a banquet for one of the local high school sports teams. God bless the wait staff, they were busy as hell with our party of probably 35 or so. They did a great job and the food was awesome as well.

Every time I have went here, has been a pleasant experience, but this time around it was exceptional. The service was amazing and my server was extremely attentive, without being overbearing. No complaints here, and I hope the staff continues to succeed. Would highly recommend dining here.

I used to order food from here often. I got sick the other day almost immediately after having one of their meals. I didn't go to the hospital because it lasted less than 24 hours. Once I started feeling better I called to ask for a simple refund but the manager said he wouldn't give me one because I had to have proof. Definitely won't be coming back or recommending this restaurant to anyone because their quality and customer service is clearly lacking.

The service was great and they were very attentive. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food I would personally say this is not it. But if you are in the mood for a tex Mex kind of situation then this is right up your alley. Good food just not 100% authentic.

One of the worst dining experiences ever!! I used to visit the Ramsey st location frequently when I lived in Fayetteville. I came up from Charleston for the weekend to see my family. Of course Mi Casita was the place of choice by all of us.First, my daughter ordered a water with lemon, but it came with NO lemon. Everyone got their drinks except me. My husband even went to the bar himself to inquire where my drink was and was ignore by 4 different people. Mine finally arrived 20 minutes after everyone else got theirs. Granted it was a mixed drink but it should NOT have taken that long. The waiter explained he was working very hard because he was waiting on 50 people. We ordered our meals and after about 15 minutes one of my granddaughters meals was brought out but no one else’s. When we asked why our waiter just shrugged his shoulders. My granddaughter finished her meal and no one else had theirs yet. Finally they brought everything else out. 20-30 after she got her meal we got ours!! I then ordered an extra order of fries so my granddaughter had something else to eat while the rest of us ate our dinner. One of the styrofoam cups had a hole in it and we asked for napkins and a new one. Again ignored. I had to raise my voice and ask again. He then took the cup and brought a new one. Food seemed to not be “as” good. Kind of thrown together. I will have to think twice before going back there on my next visit to town. My family commented that it would be a long tome before they would go back. Poor poor experience. I told the girl at the register and she said she was just a cashier that if I really wanted to I could speak to the manager when he was available.

Usually have a decent meal here, today my huevos con chorizo tasted like regular burnt breakfast sausage and the grill they burnt it on. Got the cheese dip 15 mins into our meals, saw our server Guadalupa 4 times while we were sitting. Walking up to pay we find our server, mumbling here comes the complaining white girls. Tell the guy up front about my meal, original check was $15 & some change, still paid $12. No more MiCasita's for me, I left & went straight to taco bell & spent $6 more. Oooh please tell Guadalupa she's welcome for the tip we complaining white girls still left her.

Omg! Worst service ever. I can't believe I am saying this about this chain. Beans were watery. Carpets old and dirty. There were hardly any chicken and steak in my fajitas. Tons of ice and hardly any drink. Waited a long time for food and to top it off, no music !! Will not go back to this location! Told the lady as I checked out and she acted like she could care less. That says a lot!

All the Micasita's in Fay are a little different but IMO, this is the best one in Fay. The staff and food are great, honestly my favorite place to eat with me and my family.

I've been eating at MiCasita's ever since they opened on Ramsey St and it's still my favorite place to eat. The food is great and so is Hector, Lewis and the rest of the staff. If you like Mexican I can highly recommend this restaurant.

Ohh how I love this place!! I live in Florida now so unfortunately I don't have the pleasure of enjoying my favorite restaurant but I make it a priority to stop in everytime I come home to visit. The food is consistently amazing and the customer service is a five star all on its own! <3
