The chicken here tastes really good, I love the breading and everything, however my low rating is because the instant mashed potatoes and unseasoned, dry canned corn made the meal feel less good. Also the prices weren't listed for anything.

Terrible service early in the morning remind you it was my first time there, I don’t think they realize that either way the service should be on point. Than after she realize she was being rude she tried to play it off. If you guys want to be racists than say that you don’t got to be rude about it✌🏾

Great spot. True NC BBQ. I would recommend to anyone who values good tasting BBQ at a great price.

Great food. Cooked well. Very friendly owner and staff. The owner cooked a lemon pound cake from scratch. The cake was delicious and we brought half of the cake. We will be going back, as much as possible. The restaurant is very clean and very spacious.

Best food ever and undeniable flavor. I never liked slaw untill I came hear. Price is amazing for 3 people pulled pork sandwiches and drinks. Amazing service

First time visiting Patterson’s bbq. Chicken was good but what I really liked were those mouth watering, hot and fresh hush puppies. Friendly staff was safety aware. They had masks and gloves preparing the food. I definitely plan on visiting again... especially for those hot hush puppies

That’s being nice. I live the family here. Prices are just right. However. What would be a reason to wait 25 mins for one cheeseburger. She said about 8 mins. I ordered it at 1105. I’m still sitting in my car waiting at 1125. Nice lady brought me my burger. She said call in next time.
