I sat in the drive through for 30 min at 730pm. The staff should be trained to speak to customers without using the word "huh" every third word. They were out of half of the items I requested and I found a giant portion of plastic along with my lettuce on a sorry excuse for a chicken club sandwich.
$30 for the Family flavor by the pound meal. Seriously? 10 small chicken strips and 4 nuggets? Some stale tasting fries, absolute worst. We are done with this Zaxby’s. You will have less than a 50/50 chance you will be satisfied with the service or meal.

The cobb salad was good. Everything else was just okay. The toast was either burnt or cold. They were out of fries so I had to substitute all sides for just toast...my sons kids meal fries for toast. One of the worst service spots in Fayetteville easily there will be a 30 minute + wait and a lot of the times once you get your food they make it wrong. Not only eating damn near an hour of your time but also paying for it. Never come here to be honest anywhere around them is best.
The service was incredibly slow. We waited about 30 minutes for our order. The only reason that I gave it 2 stars is because a woman came in and started to get things moving along. My chicken was over cooked and dry. The fries were cold. I don't plan to visit this location ever again.
I am thankful to all the amazing ladies working on the night of 06/04. I was not aware they were closed but they did the damn thing. Zaby’s on Raeford rd will forever be my spot.
