Once food was ordered it took over 35 minutes to receive food 2 steak meals and 1 salmon. Part of it was incorrect when the food arrived to the table. It took another 15 to 20 minutes to correct the order. The waitress was very apologetic. Don't order med well steak. It will be tough and dry. The stuffed potato had light ingredients. The blooming onion was very greasy. The 3 star was more for the waitress and the salmon meal. If not it would have been lower in ratings. I may try it again. That's a (Maybe).

This was my son's choice for his graduation dinner we had to wait about 40 minutes which was not bad the service was great the food was very delicious would definitely recommend outback steakhouse to eat

Ok so here's the scoop. Outback has lost my money. I will not be going back!! Service was slow,the food was terrible. My husband and I both ordered the Prime rib sandwich, he had fries which were way under cooked and I had a salad. So the sandwiches were disgusting! My sandwich on the right was nothing but fat and grissle. The meat on both was really tough and bland. We barely ate 1/2. We spoke to the manager and he didn't apologize he just quickly picked up the check and removed our orders. Which seems to be the trend with the management. Smh Outback, do better!!!!!!!

NO, I would not recommend Outback to a friend. These bone in ribeyes were way too salty, I complained to the staff, but no remedy was offered. the asparagus was soggy and unsavory, the fries were soaked with grease from the steak,inedible!! Maybe the staff Should have offered a comp or something to turn this situation around. But they failed. I’m very disappointed.06/29/2022 730PM

We came here after going to a few other restaurants that all had 45+ minute waits with about 5 tables occupied.
Outback got us seated immediately and brought us bread right away. Our waitress was wonderful and all the food we had was excellent - Alice chicken, salmon and kids chicken fingers were all perfectly prepared and had so much flavor. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

The service was very good. Holly was attentive and checked on us frequently, but without hovering. The only issue was uneven cooking on both mine and my husband's steaks. His was ordered as medium rare, but came out medium in the center and almost medium rare on the edges. How they managed that, I don't know. I ordered mine medium, but it came out rare on one end and progressively more well done as I went across it. The last few bites were mealy, dry, and well done. The grilled shrimp, however were absolutely perfect. This was the first time in a long time that I've had shrimp that were so perfectly cooked, so excellent job there.

It is a decent place if you plan on dining in, but I do not recommend ordering online for curbside. We have done it twice and both times something was either missing or incorrect in the order. Both times they forgot the drinks we ordered, and only got them when I asked for them. Ordered a meal last night and everything looked okay until I unwrapped the potato. Was suppose to be loaded, but they just put a slightly burned naked potato in aluminum foil and put it in our bag. It's a shame, cause we general do enjoy the food here. But we cannot recommend curbside orders...

We went to Outback in Fayetteville to celebrate my birthday last night. My server Charles did a great job and was on point with his steps of service and menu knowledge. He was helpful to other guests by getting another server to answer their question not related to the restaurant when he didn't know the answer. We enjoyed our experience and our food was excellent and prepared just the way we asked. Thank you Charles for doing an excellent job and for being pleasant and professional.

My daughter and I went there Tuesday for my birthday dinner . We had recently eaten at the Lumberton Outback which was horrible, food and service so we were a little apprehensive. Why go and chance it you're thinking. It's casual and I had had a busy day. Much to our surprise everything was perfect. Usually at Outback you can expect something wrong, undercooked or gristle filled steak, gummy breading at the center of your blooming onion, and slow service. I had the filet mignon with garlic butter sauce and lobster tail. Even though I have had shrimp bigger than the lobster tail, it was perfectly cooked and delicious as was my well done steak. The garlic butter sauce was missing but our server was fairly quick getting it to me. Although service was good, we felt it could have been a little faster since we were one of the two tables our server had. It's hit and miss at Outback so it isn't one of our favorite places to eat.

Never coming back here again. The only thing good about this place both time i have went recently was the server. How hard is it to cook a steak well done, no pink, no blood, black, burnt my exact words twice. Both times blood all over my plate. I could understamd if asked for medium and it was a little too pink or too done but how the fuck do you mess up burnt? Then the sorry excuse for a manager comes out and offers you a giftcard told them to just kepp them no point in wasting it cause we will not be back.

Thank you so much for your kindness towards the mom with her two precious boys that had carried their “daddy dolls” in with them! Not only was there server so kind when one of the boys shared with the server that his daddy is now in Heaven but the letter she wrote when the checked was presented was just so kind! Then to find out you took care of their meal was just such a blessing and a huge act of kindness as they grieve the loss of such an incredible man! #teamstillman #alwaysremembered

Having only been once to an Outback Steakhouse (in Lumberton, NC) I wasn’t very enthused when a friend wanted to eat lunch there, at the Fayetteville location. But I must say my lunch as very delicious, and the service very good. What a difference from one location to another. My opinion has been changed about the restaurant. I’ll be visiting again, but only at this Fayetteville location.

I came in Saturday night with my son and Jessica M was our server. She was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. She maintained a professional work ethic and when my son spilt his drink she immediately got him another without any complaints. The restaurant was busy during the time we were there and she was on top of everything. She checked on us frequently and updated us on food status.

To the management and staff at Fayetteville Outback Steakhouse: Thank you for treating Sgt. Jack Stillman’s wife, Alina and their sons, Aiden and Jackson with such kindness. You made what would have been a sad and difficult day for them, instead filled with compassion and love by all you’ve done.
Today Jack was laid to rest with honors at Arlington National Cemetery. I know you have already twice treated Sgt Stillman’s family with such incredible kindness and it is heartwarming, bc this was his favorite restaurant.

Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Went to pay my bill and they added someone else's food on my bill after I looked at it. Took almost an hour for them to get my bill straight which was right to begin with. Not sure why they kept adding stuff to it. Will not return again

Enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day with my mom, dad and nephew at Outback Steakhouse. The wait ended up being less than half of what we were told, Anthony, our waiter was very patient and attentive. The food was excellent, all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the food came in record time, especially for such a busy holiday. We will be back, and we will be bringing others. Thank you for making our Mother's Day so special. Oh, and by the way, the carnation was a nice touch.
