The young lady that took my order was amazing! She was sweet, attentive and proud of herself. The food was wonderful. The taste was on point. The manager was attentive as well. The restaurant was spotless. I don't know why this place was not packed for lunch?

Attitudes of staff working was not very welcoming along with their AC not working. It was 78 degrees in the restaurant. Our food was sub par. The loaded baked potato soup was terrible, tasted old and looks nothing like the picture, more like mashed potatoes. The bathroom really needed some attention
Waited around at the front cashier for over 5 minutes and left. I have had good experiences at most Schlotzkys in 3 other states but not this one. Went in at 6pm on a Friday with my lady and none of the 3 employees greeted or acknowledged us. They actively avoided making eye contact.

This was my first time here. The odd part is i never received a receipt. I thought u always get a receipt from fast food places.
Anywho i would tell you what kind of sandwich i had but i didnt get a receipt.

I absolutely love this place! It has some of the best pizza crust I have ever had and the customer service is always great! Also, if you love deli sandwiches, you cannot find a better lunch stop. I highly recommend their hot sauce which is available for purchase. Please try this place. You will not
