I went to get some lunch after some shopping. I got some nuggets and a water. Unfortunately I can't drink cold water so I asked the young man Jovante (sorry if misspelled) if they had room temperature water. He went out of his way to ensure that I got what I wanted. Thanks for the amazing service.
They never get my order right. Ordered 2 meals and 3 entrees by themselves. Only got 3 entrees and 1 meal. They had to pay extra for something i should have been charged correctly for initially.
As always the food is hot, fresh, and delicious.
The service is always fast & friendly no matter which location I go to.
I don't know that I can say they've ever messed up an order either (which is EXTREMELY rare for fast food)
What else can you say about chick-fil-a? These people set the standard for fast food. Always a pleasure visiting. Maybe McDonald's can start taking notes from you guys.

My sister and her mom just got food from here. And found a roach in food today. Please be cautious when eating here.
They are getting stingy with the extra packs of nuts or salad dressing for the salads. I just ask for double of everything. If I want trippen, I'll pay, no problem. Still love he food though
