Review Coffee Scene - Fayetteville

This place is like an upscale Starbucks. Prices are not the best but it's got a swanky interior and a second floor for drinking coffee and hanging out. Overall I recommend.

First time here. Very friendly and helped with my latte flavor choice. Coffee was very hot, not bitter and delicious!!! Pastries and muffins looked yummy. Highly recommend!!

Good coffee and awesome customer service. Meghan (employee) is super nice and helpful. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star, is because of their music choice. Wish they would play relaxing cafe music, instead of what they are currently playing (loud and distracting 90s pop, I believe. But overall, I had a positive experience.

This was my first visit to this coffee house. When you first step inside, super clean and warm & inviting decor. You’re greater by a friendly staff and delicious gelato selections. I got the chicken salad on croissant and lime gelato. They have indoor and outdoor. Plenty of parking and free WiFi.

Great customer service. Willing to make breakfast sandwiches even though not a menu. Disappointing breakfast menu. Only pastries and some items. Breakfast sandwiches would be a nice addition. Love the decor. Love the ambience and funky feel. Coffee is great!

Love this business!! All their locations are amazing and the expresso and coffee taste great and give me the energy boost i always need. Variety of cakes and lunch items! They also have all sorts of dairy and alternative products to make drinks.

Great coffee place to sit and sip. They also have gelato and other bakes goods. The only thing I don't like is the chai tea, not very good here. It can get busy during peak times, so go during the off times if you want to have a seat.

Not only is the menu large and has so many selections, but the barista‘s do their job so well. There are only ever two people at a time on a shift and even at busy times these barista‘s knock it out. The coffee is always on point, the staff is inviting and knowledgeable, and the vibe is relaxed and comfortable. A great place to study on a week day, and a great place to bring the kids and friends for gelato and even blended beverages.

My drink was prepared to order but the espresso had a funny taste both times I had it. Asked the server if the gelato was gluten free and she didn't know so she asked the other server, who hollered that vegans eat it all the time, so it would be perfectly safe for me. Then she realized that whoopie pies might not be vegan. I am not sure I need to even say anything else, other than this - I am never offended or upset if a server says "I don't know" to a question about gluten. "I don't know" Is always an acceptable answer. It's a little disappointing but it's SAFE, and when dealing with a food allergy that would sideline me for the better part of a week, safe is far better than "Vegans eat it" Oh, and IS your gelato dairy free and egg free? Hmmmmm.

Absolutely the best made-from-scratch pastries and gelato in town! Do yourself a favor and try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch gelato...it's worth the calories!

After spending some time abroad I have come to enjoy small coffee shops rather than corporate giants like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc. That being said I decided to go check out the nearby places. PROS: - Service was fast, accurate, and well prepared. - The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable. - The bacon and cheese quiche I ordered was delicious. - The prices were very reasonable. - The dark roast coffee I got was spot on. CONS - What had originally drawn me to this coffee shop was the online menu saying they had Turkish coffee which I found out they no longer served. Perhaps an update of the online menu is in order. OVERALL: I came here to get some coffee, breakfast and work on my college paper. The experience was pretty good, although slightly bummed I didn't get the Turkish coffee, I was able to work in peace and enjoyed the breakfast I got. The prices were good for what I got, a slightly larger serving of quiche woulda been nice but thats more of a nitpick. Overall I would come back again and recommend this to my friends.

No nonfat options or small size for frappes. Barely any coffee in them either without paying even more for espresso. Espresso is sub par at best, along with baristas attitude.

Great place, great staff. However, patio is horrible in the winter or rain for the smokers nothing a patio heater & shades couldn't fix

I'm a coffee addict and unfortunately y'all have the best around town so I spend more money than I'd like to admit here on a weekly basis. The staff is continuously rude every visit, especially Kat. Y'all aren't cheap, so I expect to be given great customer service. It's really not that hard. I don't care if you're having a bad day or you just simply don't like your job - if that's the case, stay home. Will be getting in contact with the owner asap.

Monday night I went to open mic and listened to some really great musicians. I would recommend the Coffee Scene music and poetry open mic nights on Sunday and Monday to everyone.

So I have been to Fayetteville off and on over the last 12 years and went to The Coffee Scene for the first time ever. Ordered a large White Mocha, it actually tasted like coffee with flavor instead of a melted candy bar in a cup. It was delicious. The feel of the place is nice and an old favorite song was playing. I'll be back again for sure namely because it isn't Starbucks.

I moved to Fayetteville 30 days ago! I came across the Coffee Scene and decided to check it out. I love it! Great place to do homework, relax, and chat with new people

I have gone to the Coffee Scene for many years. I loved it in it's old location and I have been completely impressed since their move at how they managed to retain alot of the atmosphere and service of the old spot. Of course I love the coffee and baked goods too. Keep up the good work.

The baristas here are always smiling with pleasant attitudes, the food is great and the service is amazing. This is always my teams first stop whenever we visit our company’s Fayetteville office.

Coffee is alright, but best I've found in Fayetteville so far. Muffins are awful though. I wouldn't recommend them. Overall I'd say it's okay.
