OMG, had to come back twice. Food is superb!!! The 5 crab clusters fed 4 adults. Always give you big portion sizes. Staff is always friendly. Have no complaints will definitely recommend to every seafood lover. This is the place to go

I ordered on the website for a takeout platter. My card was charged. When I went to pick up my food at the specified time, the restaurant was closed and the lights were off. I have tried to call them numerous times and the call disconnects. I checked my bank account and the charge was reversed. First and last attempt to do business with that restaurant.

I had no problems, with the service and the food was on point. I’ve eaten at BoBo’s, Dave’s & the Juicy Crab in Savannah, Ga. I’ve even eaten at the Boiling Crab in Garden City, Ca. Born and raised on the Chesapeake Bay I know Crab and Seafood. My wife sample my food when I got home she enjoyed the flavor and presentation. Lot of negative energy on previous comments which didn’t reflect on my experience.

Crab cakes were dry and questioning whether there was any crab in it. The shrimp platter was completely bland. And the lobster had all flavor cooked out, literally tasted like chewy old bay. Was really excited, instead left wishing I went to cookout instead.

Outstanding customer service by the entire staff. I've gone twice now and both seafood orders I received were by far, some of the freshest seafood I've had since living in San Fran for 12 years & 22 in Boston. The Crab is excellent!
The Fried Shrimp however, a bit more than excellent.Superb! Next time I'm getting Shrimp and a side order of hush puppies. They ARE That Good.
Love to add clams in them one day and have Clam Cakes!!

The food was PLENTIFUL, but on both of our platters, the shrimp was not deveined and was over cooked...both of which are unacceptable. We had to throw out over 80 shrimp because it was gross! The crab legs were good. The fried shrimp was good. The fried oysters were over salted. For the $200 I spent, the food should have been better. Not t sure if I would give it a second chance.

Sometimes your food is too cool when you get it. I gave it back because I don’t eat cold seafood! The next plate was still not hot,but okay tho. The sauce is the bomb���

Man! I have bought the Boss Platter twice, the Queen Albert once, the crawfish, oysters, crab legs, shrimp and the tasty crab rice. Everything was fixed to perfection and the staff has always been very friendly and professional when I visited the store. Keep it up guys and I'm headed your way in a few :-)

I tell everybody about this restaurant everywhere I go! I dare not insult my taste buds for seafood by going to a red lobster. The only way I go to a red lobster is if I'm out of town and somebody else is gonna pay for it! Lol
Thus far, I've dined there 17x's to date and I'm going today with family. Lol

The food and the service was excellent and everyone was so friendly!! Just wish that they would allow substitutes of items of equal value when they are out of something because I basically ended up buying a cheaper plate than I was originally going to buy because they were out of shrimp.

Tonight was my first time trying this place out, when I walked in- no one greeted anyone.. I looked around and sat down until my order was ready. I waited a little bit. I got in the building at 6:12 my order would be ready at 6:30. I didn’t end up getting it until 7:30. I told one lady my name and I was here and she just shrugged it off until another lady which I didn’t catch her name asked if I was okay and what I order then she came with my order. I only live a few minutes away and I got home and my food was already cold so it was just sitting and no one told me. I try to support a lot of black owned business but you could tell just walking in that some workers had an attitude and it was a lot of people coming in ordering on the spot and getting whatever they ordered before me. The food was okay though, I’m not a fan of all the butter and garlic but it was a lesson learned.
