Love love love this place . Best French toast ever! Turkey sausage eggs and grits . Everything is amazing! And the customer service is on point. You barely have to ask for refills or condiments they just get it done for you. The atmosphere is good also reminds me of eating with a big family . Everyone is nice. My favorite waitress is Marie she’s so personable and on point.i always recommend this place

The burger was amazing! Baked spaghetti and cheese curds was pretty good, but garlic bread was okay. The service was great and nice place aside from a fly flying around while we were trying to eat.

OMG!!! We've been in Fayetteville for 3 and I'm only now learning about this place!!! I LOVE the atmosphere and the 70's music. There are SO MANY dishes I could talk about but I haven't tried then all yet. Lol First... corned beef and cabbage. WHO SERVES THAT ANYMORE!!! Well that's the first thing I'm trying when wer go back. Plus roasted Turkey or chicken with dressing. AND IT'S NOT EVEN THANKSGIVING!!! Now let's talk about that 7 layer chocolate cake!! WOOHOO!!! Their breakfast menu looks great too. Gotta get back to try that too. YUMMY!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs WAY UP!!!

First time visiting the restaurant. Loved the food, the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly, and the prices are good. We will definitely go back!

I wanted the hamburger steak combo with an omelette but was told I couldn’t order it that way. So I got eh hamburger steak by itself, French toast slices with cinnamon and sugar, a veggie omelette with ham and cheese added, grits, potatoes and biscuit French toast was good, no issues there. The hamburger steak on the other hand was SUUPPEERRR DDDRRRYYY, disgusting no flavor. And I like hamburger steak but this one was made horribly. The omelette was disappointing, whenever I get an omelette all the ingredients are usually wrapped inside the omelette. This was really just and egg folded over and ingredients sautéed and poured on the top. Hardly no cheese or ham. Grits were fine, they weren’t runny or too thick. The potatoes were seasoned good. Biscuit was good too. I will not be trying them again.

First time visit but not my last. Great menu with variety of items. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice facility. I had the baked spaghetti. It was very good. We had tempura shrimp as an appetizer. Delicious. She had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra. Very good. Recommend you give this place a visit when in Fayetteville.

Ate here with my wife, mother in law and Aunt. Food was OK. Nothing special, but not horrible. Service was lacking. Waitress would say she would be right back with something and never did. Then someone from our table ordered something, and never even got it. Place wasn't even busy. It was like 4pm. I wouldn't go here again. It was my mother in laws choice. If it was mine, I'd never go here. If I had one sentence to describe it... "An IHOP for elderly people to feel more comfortable in" So if that is what you want go for it, not for me....

The fried chicken was hot and fresh and the waitress was really nice. I had a piece of chocolate cake that took me two sittings to eat. I. Want to go back and have a steak.

Breakfast or lunch you can never go wrong. Everything is good. It can be busy at times and sometimes the service is lacking. They have received several Readers Choice Awards from the Observer. Prices are reasonable.

Great Waitress (MARIE). My wife and I dine at Rainbow on Ramsey Street occasionally and like it pretty well as a change of pace from chain restaurants. MARIE waits on us regularly and is terrific, in fact she is the best waitress at Rainbow and most other places we dine. The only negative thing that I have encountered at the restaurant is with the check out girl when I pay my bill as I leave. I always leave a cash tip on my table before I leave my table to pay my bill. I have told the checkout girl countless times (dining at the restaurant often) when she ask if I wanted to leave a tip, that I have already left a tip. It annoys me to no end for her to ask me over and over again. Give Marie a raise and reassign the check out girl to dishwasher. Dine at Rainbow and ask for MARIE.

I asked the waitress if the corned beef hash was made in house, and she said yes. Turns out, it's the same stuff out of a can you can get at the grocery store for $0.79 a can. There were also flys. Never again.

This is the worst restaurant in Fayetteville. Every single thing we had came out of a box or a can. I got their Sunday special, roast turkey and dressing. It tasted like the thanksgiving dinner you get in an elementary school cafeteria! The gravy was just goo with no flavor and I swear to god the dressing was stove top. The mashed potatoes were instant and had no flavor. Basically everything was just bad. And don't get me started on our server. She actually told us, "Give me five minutes because I need a break.". We will never be coming back here!

Great !. The customer service is great! The owner is very nice, the staff is excellent. What I like most is, if you go there a couple of times the staff gets to know you. The customer service is the best in town, the food is good, and the wait times aren't bad.

Service is ok. Food is very bland. Expected to be able to order breakfast Sunday after church but found no breakfast food on the menu.. Will not be back.

The service is GOOD. The fish is fake, the flounder is whitefish and the catfish is whitefish, and all that whitefish fillet has bones in it unless you insist on them cutting them out.

Great Diner!. Great meals and service! Don't know why everyone insist on standing in line and paying double for prepackaged food at these big chain restaurants when you can eat real food at a great price here. You won't find five teenage hostesses at the door to greet you, high ceilings or fancy decor. What you will get is a great menu (but no pretty pictures on it), a spotless restaurant, real home cooked food and good service.

A Consistently Good Breakfast!. I eat at the Rainbo several mornings each week. They have a breakfast special (if you're in before 8am) which includes coffee with your meal (2 eggs, 1 meat | bacon/turkey sausage/link sausage | grits/hash browns/rice | toast white/wheat) or a large biscuit for about $6 total. The morning waitresses have been there for quite a while and are positive toward their customers. You may have to wait sometimes if there is a group ahead of you (e.g. Bragg soldiers, police officers, a church group, or Methodist U. staff/students), but normally your order is taken in about 5 minutes and comes out in about 10.

They have other specials, corned-beef hash, various omelets, pancakes, etc which are good too. The WIFI is excellent and I often stream the morning news over my iPad while eating.

We love to go there for many reasons: not a chain; great home style offerings; great price for the quality and quantity; friendly and quick service; clean quite low key at atmosphere. You need to try and then decide for yourself.

Good, old fashioned homestyle cooking. Hubs had the liver & onions- he thought it was great. I had the open-faced turkey sandwich & it tasted like home! The fried pickles were screaming hot & tasted awesome. We'd go back in a heartbeat. The daily specials looked good, too.

A Fayetteville Classic. BLT? Liver and Onions? Turkey with dressing? Fried Chicken? They have it all and it is ALL great! Excellent service, fast and reasonably priced. Just check out the full parking lot at mealtimes. Old-fashioned quality.

Amazing Fried Pickles, and Fried Onion Rings!!! Fried pickles came out hot and thick fried in a delectable and slIghtly spicy Jalapeño Batter. The onion rings were fried in a batter that I have never encountered before at any other venue. It's delicious, and unique, with a bready homemade flavor. Customer service was superb. Atmosphere, quaint.

Very good. Much like an old mom and pop diner. Everything was done just right. Much attention to details. They serve the absolute best fried pickles. They are pickle spears fried with a jalepeno batter. The coconut cream pie was a treat too. This is one place in Fayetteville that hasn't forgotten what customer service is suppose to be. I do recommend that all foodies try it.
