Had never been before and happened to be walking by with my daughter. On a whim, we ordered two pizzas, one simple and one not. Both were excellent and the staff was very friendly. Almost 5 star review... a few things in the restaurant could have been a little cleaner. Will 100% be back.
The ability to add so many options at no additional cost was great! Although I felt a few traditional toppings were missing. Crust was perfect and taste was even better than expected.

I love this pizza chain đ Itâs like Subway but for pizza đ The Fayetteville, North Carolina facility on Skibo Rd was super clean, friendly staff, & incredible tasting pizzas. If you ever have the opportunity to eat at a Mod Pizza restaurant definitely stop in & enjoy the atmosphere along with a pretty damn good tasting pizza. You can order pizzas from the menu or, make your own amazing pizza with the items you love.

Great pizza, always taste great. Kept clean! But employees could do better with their attitudes. No one smiling, they look annoyed that customers are even there. No welcome or anything.

Nice light pizza with fresh toppings. Can customize the pizzas or salad. Very tasty! And has outdoor seating!!!

Pizza Rate: 7.1 Excellent pizza. Cooked to perfection. Fresh ingredients and the produce was tasteful. But, customer Service is always key! I came to the restaurant on a Wednesday night, the crew were so dry and sometime got mad when new customers arrived to the store. Long faces and attitudes when ask questions or request more ingredients. Bad Attitude will not take you places in this business. Still, great product...great pizza.

Our experience at Mod pizza last night was terrible. Whoever owns/manages this store is setting up their employees for failure. We waited in line for over an hour and never got our order taken. We left because at that point, it was past 9pm and we couldnât wait any longer. Let me be clear that I am not blaming the employees because it seemed like they were really struggling. There were only 3 people working the entire store and online orders. If staffing is an issue, pay your employees more and treat them fairly. I promise youâll see an increase in applications and retention. Do better!
