Review Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Fayetteville

This was my first time in a very long time that I have came into this restaurant. I was taken out for lunch on my birthday, 11/2. The turkey burger was just a good and juicy as I remembered. Also their new caramel apple lemonade was quite good as well.

SUPER, SUPER customer service! Our waiter was amazing! Ok, our food was delicious! But I have to admit, that Donatos pizza was erethreal! Hands down one of the best pizza's I've EVER had! We weren't going to order it because it's thin crust. Sooo glad we did! It's thin crust but not hard. The ingredients are delicious and they are abundant! I encourage everyone to try the pizza!

This particular Red Robin's always has amazing food and service. Every time that I come here, I am greeted by a polite host that seats me and takes my order, all in one swift motion. I will say that the my food usually has a quick turn around time but as I am waiting, the decor is immaculate. The decor has multiple mini pieces of art that merge and become a greater picture once you look at them all at once. The food is great and you can tell that it is cooked with love and care. They truly care about their customers.

The service was a little slow tonight; we did not get our onion rings for our appetizer. The food was still fresh and hot. Staff were still friendly and helpful! Went back on March 27, 2022 Service was definitely better, and the food was good! Friday, July 22, 2022 The service was good, and the food was good and hot. Love the bottomless fries! August 28, 2023 Service was slow, and fries were cold. Manager made things right, and waitress made things right. Got plenty of bottomless fries on this visit!

Loved our visit! The waiter was friendly and prompt! We ordered drinks and realized he was actually our bartender, as well! For him to be servicing both sides, he provided superb customer service! Both the food & drinks were amazing! There was a special on the Margaritas! Pear and Watermelon flavors are delicious! The food pricing was just a tad bit higher than other restaurants but not too bad. The only thing I'd request for the price of the Avo-Cabo Salad is a lil more chicken! The cut up chicken breast was just nestled in the middle of the salad bed with tons & tons of salad & extras around it, but I would've loved a lil more meat! Other than that everything was great! We ordered Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Pizza & the waiter recommended the cauliflower crust!! Out of this world!!! Peaceful environment! Fast service! Kind waiter! Tasty food! Definitely 5 stars!!

I wanted to visit somewhere I had not been in a while until I decided to go to Red Robin. It was early in the day on a Friday, it wasn't busy, so parking was easy right up front. Upon entering the hostess asked me how many and seated me right away. I went to the bathroom, the first stall I entered was not clean so I tried another. Overall the bathroom was not too bad, I've seen worse. When I get back to my seat my waitress was ready to take my drink order and asked if I wanted any appetizers. My waitress was very nice and attentive. I was undecided but soon thought I would get the towering onion rings. The appetizer came out pretty quick, I soon placed my entree order which took a little longer. I'm not sure if it was me, but the onion rings were not as good as I had expected. I've had them there before, but it's been a long time ago, for some reason I thought they were really good. Nonetheless, they were hot and came with two dipping sauces. I did like the fact that they didn't taste too salty. My burger and fries soon arrived and let me tell you, they were delicious. When I visit again I will skip the onion rings. If you've never been you must know that it is a bit pricey. However, I recommend the Fayetteville location.

I have found a new love for this restaurant!! The atmosphere is very great. It's kids friendly and as a single mother of 3 I can't be happier with the price I pay to feed us all all while creating memories!! Absolute a great place.

My banzai birthday burger was delicious and well made, I ate every bite. Hailey/server continued to check on me to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. Teresa stopped to ask how my food was and to ask if I would complete the survey. I enjoyed the afternoon atmosphere. Great customer service.

We love this place. We’ve been coming here since our twins were newborns and the waitresses love them. ( even though one accidentally made one twin cry, I think it scarred her for life lol ) Fried pickles are great. Liked the Blue cheese burger but didn’t have much blue cheese flavor. Sunset Lemonade needed more pineapple juice. Otherwise, delicious.

UPDATE 26 FEB 23. They brought back the bottomless sweet potato fries! Service was much better this time and our wait was only 30 minutes for a table of eight. The staff was very friendly and attentive and we had a pretty good time. It looks like they've hired some better people who really care about taking care of the customers. UPDATE 17 FEB 20. The last 3 times we've been here, the service was slow. The wait staff seems to not take much pride. Came in today and they gave us photocopy kids meal menus with crayons and no pictures. My son spilled his drink all over the table. There were 4 employees within 5 feet of me and not one offered to help as I cleaned it up. It seems this place is cutting corners and not retaining quality staff. This may be the death gasp of another dying franchise in Fayetteville. The endless fries and salads are a hit with the kids, so we'll be back again to see if they improve. Wonderful place to take the family. Staff is awesome and service is fairly quick. If you’re looking for something low carb, their zucchini fries are a great alternative but not exactly Keto. Great for a carb re-feed day for sure. Their burgers are thick and juicy and their kids meals are just the right size for the little ones. Our waitress Summer was awesome and very patient with us as 3 of us were ordering Keto, so no bun and wrapped in lettuce. Summer was amazing and the food was also. That on top of the beautiful décor, it was a great experience. The whole place is clean and bright. I would definitely recommend this for a family or couples outing.

Worst service we've yet had at any establisment. Got seated at a dirty table by a hostess that didn't seem to care. Waited about 20 minutes for a refill on my 3 year old's milk until he was crying. Food finally came and my wife got the wrong burger and I got the wrong beer for my second refill. Manager and server were discussing how my wife got the wrong meal from behind us but neither of them could be bothered to even mention it even after the manager walked by our table. Place was overall dirty. Have always had pleasant service here and it's always been about 10 times busier than it was tonight. Absolutely no doubt in my mind as to why the place was more than half empty on a Friday night. Positively infuriating, wont be back and absolutely will not recommend.

I had the mushroom burger with fries. My friend Paulie had the garlic fries had never tried them, wow. The best was my meal was free fir my birthday. I always enjoy the food and service. Nicole was a great server.

We took our family who came in for Christmas from out of town here on Friday December 23. If we had a waitress, she was there to take the order and drop off the food, never to be seen again. ALL of our food was cold, how is it that ALL 7 meals were extremely cold? There were no offers of refills on the drinks and the bottomless fries were not bottomless, once we received our food, we did not see the waitress again. It is a good thing you can pay your bill at the table, because she never came back to give us the bill. We were a party of seven so we had a pretty good size bill. I was extremely embarrassed that I brought my out of town family here during the Christmas Holiday for dinner, and no it was not that busy, so there was no excuse. It is a good thing you can pay at the table or we would probably still be sitting there!

I've had better burgers there b4..... I don't recommend getting the 6.99 menu burgers ... However, the angus burgers are best !!

I went for my free birthday burger and they no longer give you an ice cream with it. I was disappointed. My spicy chicken burger was very good though. They put a whole roasted jalapeño on top!

The service was not the best. Asked for a minute to look at the menu, not 10. Pretzel bites were overdone and had to ask for extra dipping sauce, which took 7 minutes and came 5 minutes after our meal. Had to ask for refills for our coke. Took 1 bite of my burger and was disgusted. Greasy and the pepper jack was overpowering. Sent it back. Fries were tolerable but not too fresh. I was only offered more fries after I sent the burger back. Also noticed that the towel dispensers in the men's room would not have been able to be accessed by my 8 and 10 year old boys nor someone in a wheelchair because they were 60" off of the floor. Not a good experience. Has gone down hill a LOT!

I have severe food allergies, which can make eating out very stressful. Red Robin has a allergen menu, which is on an iPad that they give you so you can put in your allergies and view the menu with items containing your allergens eliminated. GREAT experience, no stress and food was excellent.

I had the best burger I have ever had at Red Robin yesterday.....I can't remember the name, it was new limited time. Avocado, sweet bacon, jalapeno, parmasean chops, provolone, Swiss, tomatoe....it was DELISH. Love the garlic fries!

We ate at 4pm today and our waitress and meal was very good. We ordered the 4.99 wings, one beer,one lemonade and 2 of the 6.99 burger specials. I didn't have my glasses on when I paid the bill at table with the table computer and the printer printed out blank paper as a receipt.. When I got home and was checking my account, I realized I was over charged. I was charged almost $50.00 for this meal. It should of been 30.00 or less with tax. I hate getting ripped off. I won't ever go again. Don't leave there without carefully checking your bill.

Went there yesterday for the first time,one of the three waitress we had brought our soup and said it was very hot but it was cold along with are boneless wings,for dinner the portions were small for the price and my sandwich had burnt bread and the burger was sloppy all and all i will not be returning!!!!

Good food for sure. The waitress.... Not so much. Forgot silverware, when she did finally bring them it was after we had finished our apps and to top it off she only brought enough for 3 out of 4 of us. The to go containers, we got 2 out of 4.

Great food and great service, might be the best burger I've ever had. Great Chocolate malted shake as well!

We had the fish sandwich/ grilled chicken sandwich w/ bottomless fries...all very good. Staff was well coordinated

It was my birthday. I had my free burger and a sundae. It was an excellent meal and great service.
