They have a website dixiequeenseafood.com that has their menu and information about their two locations. One in Winterville (original) and second in FarmVille. Their menus are slightly different. A general search in Urbanspoon (mobile) returns nothing. Not very helpful.
Small Flounder.
Very good service. Wife ordered fried shrimp. Both flounder and shrimp was delicious.
Best devil crabs around. Shrimp served hot with plenty of hot hush puppies with individual packets of butter. Fish taste fresh. Really enjoyed the country atmosphere. Menu has expanded.
Good seafood. Good prices. Had the southern style crab cakes tonight. Yum.
Great place for fried seafood. I personally try not to eat too much fried seafood so I usually get the steamed shrimp or fish which is good. I do eat the great hush puppies. They have senior menus also.
The fish was nice and juicy , the 🥦, and slaw hit the spot right portions size. All the staff are so friendly....
This was my first time and all I can say is..WOW DELICIOUS! Food was great. From Farmville NC to .Wilson NC is about 15 minutes. When I brought food home it was still hot. Thank you Dixie Queen for delicious hot fresh seafood.
Food is phenomenal. They've got a nice selection of fried, broiled, steamed seafood. I love the hush puppies while you wait for your food. The service was pretty good. I wish they gave you a bigger cup of tartar sauce, sour cream, and/or cocktail sauce with your food instead of having to get many many small plastic containers. But other than that I was pleased. I definitely recommend.
