Taco Bell

I really hate giving bad reviews but the order I received was completely wrong. Not one item I got was one I ordered. I should have checked before I left the window but I didn't. I thought I'd just go ahead and eat the soft tacos they sent and they were awful. Seemed like they had been sitting a very long time or nothing was warm to start with.

Typically I go through the drive-thru and everything's fine. Today I ordered online and went in. As I Waited on the counter for this younger girl to quit flirting with the two other younger guys, and she finally turns around and says I will be up there in just a minute as she continues to sweep. About 1 minute later,when she makes it to the back of the kitchen, she sets her stuff down. Then she comes up to the counter. I told her I had an online order and she asked my name. She then walks over to a collection of bags asking me what I had, like she didn't even have them organized by name in the first place. She hands me my cups and food and I begin to ask her for sauce. I caught myself mid-sentence and "oh, they're right here. Thank you". As I then turned around to walk away I heard the sarcastic reply of a drawn out "mmmm....yaaahhhaaa". I know they're just young kids but I will cut them slack but not the buisness. Should I experience different from this location, my review will change.

Great customer service! VERY FAST EVEN WHEN SUPER BUSY! Never had a problem with an order. I’m a regular customer I continue to do so. Love my Taco Bell lol. I’ve never had to complain or felt I needed to. I don’t think they hear this enough thank you all for serving me my food from the back to the front end thank you! I highly recommend giving them a raise!
