I ordered my food with KFC drive through. Staff were friendly. I got my food pretty quickly. There was not much of waiting. Nashville hot chicken tenders were not crunchy or crispy. The biscuit was dried and stale. I guess the food was ok for a fast food restaurant.

Bought the 8 piece family meal. Got 2 biscuits instead of 4. 2 tablespoons of slaw. I'm not kidding! The chicken was so small ridiculous. I left a message to call me back but of course no one did. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I live 45 minutes away.

Hi to whom it may CONCERN. I was from out of town and decided that I wanted some chicken. So I went the Dining area to sit down and eat. I was served some hard biscuits some hard old chicken, So I ask your staff could I get some fresh chicken and biscuits she stated no so I ask she said that was not going to cook no more chicken. So the one staff though the biscuits on the tray and was mumbling words. Not only that I was called aNIGGER by DOUGLAS .So sad that KFC had such go good food-and STAFF SUCKS . I show have known that that the service was poor because I first got there wasn’t anyone at the counter for about five min. Why that KFC in FARMINGTON Mo not closed for good. I also called the CORPORATE OFFICE.

Ridiculous, talked to like a dog at the window and then not much better from the so called manager. There low level of customer service has lost me as a customer for life. Always been a fan of KFC, but will not be coming back to this one, ever again. Wish I could say, no stars.

I don't usually complain but for real I was so craving some fried chicken so I decided to get some KFC and i was very disappointed the food really was nasty and my order was jacked up. Definitely not worth the price I paid I will not be going there again I know that much

We ate in the lobby here and the staff was amazing to our kids, thanks Bolinda. We had a good dinner for cheaper than we could have eaten at mcdonalds and that surprised me. Its our new favorite fast food in Farmington.

Stopped in here to try the new donut chicken sandwich today for lunch. Overall was good but not something I would order again. It was very sweet almost overboard but the mix of flavor was good. Be prepared it is very messy. The honey BBQ was definitely more my level of sandwich for a typical lunch day and less mess. The only suggestion I have for KFC is allow the addition of cheese to your sandwiches, it would complete them. Ultimately I couldn’t finish my donut sandwich but did have a positive experience.
