Subway

I was SO disappointed with the American grinder, didn’t taste fresh and flavor left us wanting to cleanse our pallet. We have had the same sandwich made at the Post Office Square location (temporarily closed) this one was awful. We ordered bc in the past our sandwiches were awesome. Today was throwing $20 away.

It is a good Subway, fast service clean restaurant and great staff... But they are slightly inconsistent. I usually get a pepperoni and provolone instead of the spicy Italian and sometimes they do 10 slices sometimes 20 like it should be. And then the amount of the condiments always varies sometimes very little olives sometimes a good amount with no rhyme or reason.

Worst experience ever. I ordered online they made a mistake. I wanted 4 times the lettuce, he barely put any lettuce. I wanted two times tomatoes barely got any. And he loaded it with onions peppers, cucumbers, spinach, forgot the cheese. Although I bought one got 1/2 off second one. I am allergic to onions and peppers. He wouldn't do anything about. It went right in the garbage. Some customer service. I will never go to that location again. Went to another location on Hartford Rd. New Britain. He made the mistake and got no food. It could have been the guy. I had good service with the ladies that worked there. There was no one else there, so he can't say he was too busy. Naturally when you order online it is already paid for, I suppose I could cancel the sale.
