Taco Bell

Utterly disgusting inside. Absolutely Filthy eating environment. EVERY table was dirty. The floor was appalling for a restaurant. The windows and doors were dirty and uncapped. Tiles were either missing or falling out of the ceiling. If the customer area is this bad - I can only imagine what the cooking area would look like upon inspection. I won’t even comment on the poor service. I LOVE Taco Bell/KFC - but I will be taking my business elsewhere for now.

I got fired last week for helping an elderly woman wipe and clean herself after using the bathroom. She wasn't capable of doing this herself and nobody wanted to help. The female staff audibly shared their disgust in front of this woman. So I, a man about to walk into the woman's bathroom, stood up and volunteered myself. Since I was fired for such a heartless reason, i figured Id share how they prepare your food at this "establishment". Let's start with the soda machine. There has been a slow leak of gooey green gunk that smells like alcohol, coming from more than 5 nozzles. It's fermented sugar & liquid that has been trapped inside of the machine due to lack of cleaning. Next, the way the staff is treated is absolutely disgusting. There is a special needs worker who is FORCED into the freezer every shift. They give him a paint scraper & instruct him to scrape ALL of the ice off of every wall in the freezer. poor kid spends HOURS in there & is only allowed out for 20 minutes. during the 20 minutes he's allowed out, they spray it back down with water & let it freeze back up. they say it's how they entertain him & stop him from getting bored and trying to interact with the rest of the staff. EACH SHIFT. Most of the staff make fun of him & call him "retarted, gimp, the monster from the goonies, etc". They also often reference the goonies & scream "HEY YOU GUYUUYS" as he enters and exits the store.

3.5/5 This place looks significantly nicer than it did when I went in a long time ago, so that's good. The cashier was really pushing the whole survey thing on the recepit, but I shouldn't expect anything less I suppose. As far as food goes, it was certainly better than the kfc I got. I ordered a T10 which came with 3 tacos. I got a hard shell, a hard shell with a pancake thing around it, and one with just the pancake thing. They were just like an average taco but I got to choose between chicken, beef, and steak. So it came with my choice of meat. Lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheese. It was pretty good but the T10 which came with a large soda was roughly $8.50, but it did cost a bit extra to make my tacos "supreme" but for $8.50 you could go out and buy the ingredients and make your own taco so you pay out the nose for convenience. But I thonk I'll come back, taco bell. You did not let me down.

Warning, this place was highly opinion bias, they choose to be ignorant then to give the customer what they deserve, they say that "costumer is all ways right" but the store manager decides to call people liers and not give them what they ask for, if you ask me that is the worst costumer service to ever exist, this is the most rude and the worst fast food restaurant I have ever witnessed, and I've seen a lot
