Went here for the first time with a group of friends, last night, and can't say enough about the great service, the menu and the delicious food and its presentation. A few of us ordered from the prix fixe menu and, when our server learned we wanted to share our appetizers (burrata cheese plates, mini rice balls stuffed with spicy sausage), artfully presented them to accommodate that easily. There was live music in an adjoining room, but it was pleasantly in the background. We saw a birthday celebration at a neighboring table (flaming dessert and "happy birthday!" sung), and I think this place is ideal for that: great atmosphere, sophisticated but not stuffy. I'm looking forward to returning. The salmon was delish and friends enjoyed the steak, chicken parm, and I forget what else. The venue would be very nice for a private party, has rooms apart from the main dining room that would be perfect for that. The bar (not in the main dining room) looked like a fun place to hang out, with multiple tvs and lots of seating. I read there's a good bartender, and one of our group had a cosmopolitan that looked divine and, according to her, didn't disappoint.
We were hungry.......goggled what was in the area and this popped up. How lucky were we. Jeremy our bartender is what you call a true bartender. (Works Sat and Sundays). Delicious Watermelon Martini. The owner is the real deal, class act all the way, (he actually hired me to bartend for him in the '80's when it was Fulton Street, my first bartending job...he gave me a chance). As for the food my husbands swears its the best burger he ever ate, its all made fresh there. And I had the Chicken Palmer....to die for. We are hooked. We will ne regular customers and will be bringing family and friends.

Thursday ladies nite w/3 course meal for $26 including a bottle of wine � you can't go wrong and the food is even better.. highly recommend this place..
Food was phenomenal...service was excellent. We even had a small issue that was handled by the Manager perfectly. We highly recommend Palmer's and will be returning.

Ate here for the first time tonight. It was just fabulous. Everything was cooked perfectly, plates were hot, and food was beyond delicious. Super impressed. Service was phenomenal! The owner even came out to welcome us during a busy Mothers Day dinner. Highly recommend.
We were looking for a nice place with great food and ambiance! This checked both boxes!! Definitely a place we will return!
The service was great. Cristine who was our server helped make it a special night. It was my wife's birthday and she was all in on the celebration. Good food. Make your reservation now..

I was there yesterday November 16th for a surprise birthday party. Well all I can say it was the best!!! Awesome. Food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend Palmers. I have also been there for dinner absolutely amazing �🍽
Can't find a nicer more beautiful restaurant to go to and have an event!! The chef John Catalanotto is amazing and his food is beyond fabulous!! My go to place to take visitors and family!!
Awesome food. I had a wonderful steak sandwich and my wife had seafood crepes that she absolutely loved. Bar staff was friendly and smiling and the guy singing, Jack Fontana, was amazing. I'd come back again just to see him.
Our food was fantastic and our server was even better I can't remember her name but she was very pretty is a scoop teacher and this is her second job.if she reads this I'm late lol and u take great pics
Had my daughters baby shower there over a week ago n guests still talking about how delicious the food was. The staff especially Abe, was loved by all. The room was just beautiful. Everything was just perfect. Highly, highly recommend Palmers for anything. Owners are just a pleasure to work with too. Everything was just amazing. Thank you!!!
This is an European restaurant with a good atmosphere and good service. We went here on super bowl night. Although there are not many customers, the service is still great. The only regret is that I ordered medium Wellington but they made it a little well, they said they would make a new one for me but we declined. Overall a good experience will come again.
This place is amazing!! From the hostess to the waiter everyone was super nice. The bread and sweet butter was great. The food was great!! We came for a birthday and the food came out hot, fresh and quick!! And again the staff was super attentive and nice. I would love to come again soon
I had special request that was honored. Coffee was hot and rich, prices affordable, chili was hot and medium spicy, delicious. Offered added spice. Had one server but he got everything correct, very hospitable. Relaxed atmosphere.
Need to update website. Have old menu. I was anticipating salmon but not on the menu.
Went to see duo entertaining in the bar . They sang a number of oldies and new tunes and some seasonal songs 🎵 . The staff at Palmers are very customer oriented , and help make being there a nice experience .
Great meal and service, really enjoy going to Palmer's American Italian restaurant

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is delicious and everything comes out quick. The bar is great and drinks tasty. The skirt steak is to die for and while they can be pricey, the food is well worth it. Their bread basket alone is delicious and will be returning.

We were at Palmers in farmingdale this past Saturday. Very impressed, great looking place, excellent service, variety of choices on menu. We went with sister and brother in law, their suggestion they go frequently.
We had first very delicious fresh Cesar salad, lots of shaved cheese and parmesan cheese, crisp fresh lettuce and very good croutons. Good size portion too. If you like Caesar salad don’t pass this one up. We got one of the specials that night, beef short ribs,very delicious too awesome gravy , we got double mashed potatoes, loved them, they were delicious just like home. Large portion dinner too (we opted out of vegs ) that came with dinner. We got double mashed instead. Absolutely delicious dinner. Service was excellent, enjoyed couple drinks. Sister In laws got Caesar salad with blackened chicken very delicious her favorite, again large portion took home some too. Brother in law got spaghetti and meatballs he said was fantastic, also took home some large portion. No dessert we were very full maybe next time, You get the best food at local restaurants, and this restaurant we will return to again and again want to post a picture of our beef short ribs but she see an option trust me super delicious dinner, going back to try other meals on menu asap.
Food was dynamite and the service was great. We had the lamb and 2 pasta dishes tiramisu and creme brulee. 5*
I ordered a cup of ginger carrot soup. When I got it the color was not as it should have been. I tasted it and it was not what I ordered. Told the server, they said no carrot soup today, it was yesterdays. They could have told me that before they brought it out. I had the soup anyway because I was chilled from the rain. I had the chicken fajita wrap. That was good. I highly recommend the Palmer salad. Delicious and very satisfying.
Attended a baby shower and the food was delicious. We had the breakfast buffet. The service was great, staff was attentive.
This place is amazing. The service is remarkable. . I have been going once a week since someone recommended 1 month ago. I must mention Amy and last night Joseph who are great ! Treat yourself to this first class establishment.
Our Single Golfers Group has met at Palmer’s every month for years. Our Season Kick-off and End Events are held here; Food and Service has been Great.

Great service and wonderful people! My boyfriend and I thought the food was great. We sat outside on a cool summer night and it was perfection!
Amazing experience! We came here last minute as a party of 14! Our previous restaurant plans fell through and the host worked so hard to accommodate us without a reservation. The atmosphere was fun, loud and perfect for a birthday celebration. The steaks were delicious and everyone had a great time. Our waitress was phenomenal- wish I could recall her name! Thanks for a great night! Will definitely return!
Beautiful ambience both inside and outside. Along with the bar area. Amazing staff including Jerry . Surely visiting again.
