Always a terrible experience, first instore order they had me waiting for 30+~ minutes outside when they didn't update the app to tell me it was ready, second delivery took an hour+ to make then they didn't even call to tell me it was ready leaving it to freeze outside and my third and final order with them took over one and a half hours and they forgot my drink and didn't cut the sub. Overall a bad experience from this place for me.

If I could give 0 stars for this order, I would. I ordered at 1:22 pm to have it brought to my work. I work at a retail store that has over 100 employees. I put in the delivery instructions to call me when they arrive at the store. 1:36 my order was out for delivery. 2:15 I called this store to ask where my order is, since it's been almost an hour since I've ordered, no updated on the app, no phone call to my phone. They gave credit to my account for majority of the cost of the order and said it should arrive shortly (I've been putting off taking my break until I get my food). I thank the guy on the phone, and continue waiting. I then called at 3pm to tell them, I still haven't received my order, and they're going to have to change the delivery location to where I'm going to be in 10 minutes. They tried to prompt me to cancel my order, in which case I denied, because I'm hungry still. They said they'll have it made up and on it's way shortly. I received my order at 3:40 pm. I don't order from Jimmy John's very often, but I think if I do in the future, it won't be from this location. There's absolutely no reason why I should have to call twice, and wait over 2 hours for a 16" plain Italian slim, cut in half, with a large cherry coke, effectively making me miss my only break at work I had today. I am extremely disappointed in this location.
