Review Cafe Des Artistes - Fallbrook

Such a cute cafe located in the back of the Fallbrook Art Center. Love the artistic vibes. Clean space, friendly service, and great food and coffee. Wonderful little gem in town.

Cafe des Artistes was recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint. Had a very nice lunch. I had the Salmon panino and my BF had the lobster ravioli; both were outstanding. The owner was very welcoming and came by our table to ensure we were both happy with our lunch. This was such a nice touch that added to our experience. I highly recommend this cafe.

Great food! Offer delicious sandwiches with a gluten free bread option. The gluten free bread tastes great! I had the salmon panini, it was delicious. The service was excellent, and patio setting is well done. Salad was also very good. This restaurant is a great find. Will be back.

Relax, sip some wine and enjoy. Small town, romantic vibe, on a quiet corner in Fallbrook.

We decided to try this place at our last night in PV. The ambiance was great, and the lemongrass martini was wonderful . The food...sort of ok. My husband had the fish which was too overly covered overpowering sauce.(D). Could barely tell it was fish. The quoina salad with gorgonzola seemed undressed...no flavor whatsoever except for the gorgonzola. :( I had the pork belly with mole. That was very nice. (A) My husband likes cervaza and was disappointed there was not at least one craft beer on the menu. We wont be going back on our next visit

I had lunch with a friend at Cafe Des Artistes today and thought it was charming. I had really good french onion soup and a very fresh salad. They have a very nice selection of coffee drinks and even serve wine. Our waitress was attentive and had such a lovely french accent. This would be a great place to go for an afternoon coffee, maybe a little dessert. It is connected to the art gallery so after lunch we had a nice look around.

Freshest salads in town! Fresh-made soups are a delight as well. I never have problems eating GF here. Lovely artsy atmosphere and wonderful coffee and espresso as well as wine (I think they also have beer, but never asked). Nicest staff have been here for years. Impeccably clean.
