Ordered catering for a birthday party. Order was a bit late, but the food was great and delivery friendly. I have no doubt this location is dealing with staff storages as most places are, but they still offered service with a smile and quality sandwiches. I’m never disappointed with a JJ sandwich.
What would have ended in a bad experience causing me to not want to come back was rectified. Mistakes were made and at this point I just wanted to leave with my refund. The male manager on duty was quick to address the issue, apologize and took it upon himself to go above and beyond on the mistake.
