Palio's Pizza Cafe

The service at this location has gotten way better in the last 12 months. Unfortunately tonight the cook bombed. Ordered two calzones and got two pizzas instead. That is alright we can just eat it but then I found they added string to the pizza. I didn't order that topping this time. That is not cheese it is string. I only order string on my pizzas for special occasions. I also have a string sensitivity. It won't kill me or anything but when I eat string my skin turns slightly red and I experience night psychosis which is unfortunate because tonight I was supposed to have my weekly viewing of Sharknado Two - The Second One. But now instead of seeing sharks fly through the air and eat people I will think they are real and wake up in the fetal position in my closet again.

First visit because of “ overall good review”, worst food and service I have ever had. First of all, the lady took the order kept me waiting until everyone left the store including bunch of people came after me. Then she over burn the Greek Gyro soft bread so hard and not even eatable. The garlic cheese bread was already cold and hard when she handed to me. $18 down the drain for nothing, this is so called “poor service”, knowing garlic bread was cold, still handed to customer anyway and didn’t care. Not sure if store manager or owner is aware of the inferior quality of their employees. Those reviews is misleading, would definitely not recommend or visit again. Most horrible experience.

First time it wAs good service good pizza , today we ordered the classic halal pizza , came home opened the box and the pizza was all messed up and was cutted in like lot of vertical and horizontal pieces 🙄. Called them and complained she ok sir come and get the replacement, after 5 min they called back a guy on call said no we gave u the good pizza its not our fault so sorry, my wife tried to explain that its all messed up did we do it then and no proper reply , i said ur loosing a customer and he just hanged up arguing its not our fault ! What n attitude for a 17$ pizza ! I could have gone back and was gona show him the messed up packed pizza but he didn’t even bothered to solve the issue nor didnt even said sorry ! Dont know the guy working over there at stacy rd fairview branch but pathetic customer service !Im posting the pic also and just saw the box i think its nit even 14” pizza i think !

I have driven past this place for months and have been dying to try it. I finally stopped in I wasn't disappointed. When I mentioned that it was my first visit, the staff took their time explaining the menu and making suggestions to me. I opted for their two most popular specialty pizzas and I can see why they are popular. This is a fabulous place with great ambiance and reasonable pricing for the quality of pizza you get. I can't wait to try my next two pizzas!
