Drive-thru was the only thing open (they had inside blocked off). Love that the company recognizes Veteran’s Day deals, but unfortunately, this particular store the workers were extremely rude and short with you. Expected you to know what the deals were ahead of time when they weren’t advertised. I know it was a busy a morning but it was a bit too much. Before I could even say thank you at the window, they slammed the window shut on my face. The potatoes are delicious and #2 breakfast sandwich was alright.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! This will be the last time I will go to the Fairview Heights store. The customer service is horrible. Do the workers not have any upbringing at all???? I asked for ketchup and salt for fries and the girl stated they are in the bag and shut the window in my face. I was looking in the bag and the girl came back to the window with salt and I could hear another girl in the background trash talking about me "looking hard in the bag for her ketchup". I am always polite in general and for the worker to behave that way with no provocation....I do not understand that mentality. :( The sad part of it is that it could have been the manager behaving in that manner. If there is a corporate office I will call and share my experience.

Poor customer service. This is a establishment where customer service should come first. The older man and the black female working on Friday at noon need to just do their job and not hang up on delivery drivers !!!!!!!!! Please retrain those two ok what proper customer service is. There is no reason a order that is bagged should have to wait through a ten car line for a order when I was at the door and they told me it was bagged. Do you guys care about serving fresh food ?
