This place is hit and miss in the morning most mornings I come and sit at the speaker for so long ask if there is anyone there and no reply at 8 am food is also hit and miss it can be good one day the next its so bad its not able to be eaten wish they were better with consistency this would be a great place

I went through the drive thru last night. They forgot to put one burger in my bag, so I went inside to let them know. The lady at the window said she put all of the burgers in. The other said she didn't. Anyway I got my burger. I had the fish sandwich, my mom had a whopper, my daughter the whopper. Everyone of us thought they were nasty. May just be this location

Ordered a big fish meal with onion rings but ended up getting a fish jr with fries instead. Called but phone is disconnected. What a total disappointment!

Used to be good. Now it takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru when there's only 3 cars in front of you. Also they don't always honor every coupon code so even though you can claim any of them on the app, sometimes they'll say they can't do it because you have to prepay...like you're magically suppose to know that. Why not just fix it on the app and have coupons that only work for online orders/delivery vs pickup...like how every other delivery chain does it?

I like BK but this one I'm not sure I will continue to go to. It's a 50/50 chance that their shake machine is working. Any time I get something from there I always ask for a chocolate shake. Last week it again happened. No shakes!
