Was craving a sandwich and this joint definitely fixed my itch. It’s more of a laidback deli, so I wasn’t expecting great things but my expectations were far too low. Service was speedy and super friendly. The food was outstanding. I got a rueben and fries and I was more than satisfied. I would definitely go again.

This little gem has the Diner vibe to it and I usually stop by 2 to 3 times a week just for breakfast.. The owners ( hilarious ) are the best and the home fries are out of this world

I found this place about a month ago. Having moved to the neighborhood a couple of months ago, I missed my “go to” places for subs and sandwiches for lunch.
I’ve found my “go to” place finally. Steak & Cheese, Reuben, Jane’s Chicken Sub, Greenhouse Sub, and deli sandwiches are all great. Meatball sub and Tuna Melt were good.
The prices are hard to beat.
Customer service is always amazing. Friendly, prompt and they make it a point to get to know you on your 2nd time in.
If you live in the neighborhood it’s very much worth the trip to check it out. Impressive

I have yet to try their lunch menu but their breakfast is great. Exactly the no-frills type of place I love for a greasy breakfast. Generous portions & yummy food at a reasonable price. I’m only sorry I didn’t try it sooner.

Changed owners recently and not as good. Seems like they're buying cheaper food or something. Service way down hill. To bad this was a fav breakfast/lunch spot of mine.

There is nothing notable about this site! It's not really a typical location; maybe if you stroll by? I, on the other hand, have no complaints. Freshly made takeaway such as hot/cold sandwiches with side orders and extras at a lower price than eateries and restaurants in the neighboring Mosaic area.

cute little spot that seems to have stood the test of time. Solid sandwiches, and if you're wfh in the surrounding apartment complex, great lunch spot. Subs DO run a little high on the price bracket, but then again, what place in nova DOESNT.
