Review Saya Korean & Japanese Restaurant - Fairborn

Amazing food. Large variety of sushi and hot dishes. Friendly staff. Bulgogi (beef) was so rich, meaty, and smokey that I ate the whole thing, and it's a pretty large portion. I would recommend this for special occasions. The only downfall is it's a bit pricey. Might go there again today for my birthday.

Let me start by saying from the outside it doesn't look glamorous. It's an old building that looks weathered. Once you've gotten pass that the inside is very authentic to the Korean culture. The service I thought was average to above average. The food was excellent as was the selection/variety. Price was about on par for a restaurant of this quality. So overall thought is if you're in the area this is a must try place if you love Korean/Japanese food. I will definitely be back.

This is my favorite place for sushi in the area. For the price, you can't beat it! A year ago, this was five stars hands down. The only thing is that lately it seems like the quality is starting to slip. The food just hasn't tasted the same. I hope it's just a momentary issue that gets cleared up soon!

First time there right after they opened at 4:30pm. Ordered a California roll was expecting to be great reading other reviews but open serving me, I noticed it was mainly chewy, too much rice, and the ingredients inside were almost non existent! Tiny pieces of cucumber, the avocado looked black, and the crab sticks were very small and genetic testing.

This place is becoming hit or miss. The Yakkisoba was sour and bitter instead of creamy. the waiter said that this is the way they always make it. Not true. The sushi was good, but the Kimchi pork soup was disgusting. Too many bad meals since the owners went away. Come back folks.

The Korean food here is great !! We loved the bibimbop ! We did not think the sushi was very good...neither of us enjoyed our sushi rolls. The price was excellent, and we will go back but will stick to the Korean items.

Bad shrimp in the teriyaki, fishy and rubbery. Saturday, no lunch menu so we paid dinner prices and got what seemed like Lunch portions. No kids menu. One waitress for the whole restaurant for lunch Saturday. And the entrance smelled like the dirty turtle tank in there.

Service and food had been slipping over the last year but they just found a new sushi chef that is absolutely fantastic taste wise and presentation. Service has also markedly improved.
