I have never personally had a problem with this location. I always get what I ordered and generally always get it around the time quoted in the email. There have been a few times that my Papadias have arrived overcooked, but the store was VERY quick to offer two free pizza coupons by way of apology. I think that outside of a few edge cases, this is a pretty decent location with a pretty decent track record.

Just received a pizza that had about 1/4 the cheese pizza anywhere else would have. Looked like just sauce and sausage/pepperoni. Was a sad night.

We did a walk in at 6pm on a Monday night.Talk about busy but we placed our order for two pizza's and were told 15 minutes.anc they would call us .well we just waited outside and right at 15 minutes my wife walked back in and there cutting up our pizza.wow.the pizza was great and the service even better.looks like more papa John's for us.

Took 3 hours to deliver and when I called to get a refund and or a discount on my pizza they said the computers are down. Now how can they be down if you pick up and ask me what I would like to order

Decent pizza. Delivery takes an hour + and I live about 15 min away. Last order my pizza was pretty smashed up. The wings are horrible.

Don't waste your time with the delivery. They will likely cancel your order after you wait for hours for your food to arrive. When you call for an update, because you're tired of waiting and hungry, they will say the food should be there any minute now. And it won't show.
This has happened twice.. trust me don't waste your time.

Don’t waste your time ordering from this place. They have not one but two delivery drivers that can’t find Pike’s Waterfront Lodge in Fairbanks. 90 minutes later they have cancelled my order with no notification. Will not make this mistake again.

I didn't go there today. My phone had false belief I did. Is it good there? Is it fresh ingredients? I volunteer for BBB and they had delivery driver complaints so they maybe hiring for driving pizza to location and bring the money back to store.
