Good beers, the brewery has indoor and outdoor space with a fire pit outside. A food truck was set up outside. Some cool growlers and other merchandise for sale inside the brewery. I didn't know the state law that required them to stop serving at 8pm and that it is also a two pint limit.

Flights of beer gives you variety and I love it! The German food truck along side is fantastic. The portion of curry something German sausage is huge! Love the vibe and the weather here! Don’t forget to check out the custom knife shop right next to it. Also enjoy the vibe there!

Excellent beer and facility. They do brew their own beer. Staff very friendly. They serve beer no food which is good. There's a food truck so they can do what they do, make beer. Made me wish I lived in Fairbanks.

We love HooDoo! This is one of our favorite places in Fairbanks. They have a great selection of rotating food trucks, great beer, and fun atmosphere. There’s outside fire pits too. We highly recommend visiting HooDoo!

Loved the beer here! Crowded but for good reason. Definitely seemed to be a favorite of the locals. Staff were fantastic! Only downside is it’s a two drink max per Alaska law, since they are a brewery and not a regular drinking establishment. Definitely a great place though to stop in a try a couple
