I had a great experience at this restaurant. I didn't find the menu. Two terribly exciting, yet the people in my party. All thought the prices were great! I ordered the burger and it was fine and I also really enjoyed my onion rings. Service was awesome! I would definitely go back to enjoy the view, when it is not dark outside. This place would be amazing, especially if you are sitting out on the deck. Great authentic Alaskan vibe.

We were very happy with the service here. We got the crab soup and it was the perfect temperature and consistency. We ended up ordering a second because it was so good. Quiet peaceful atmosphere. If you are staying at the Pikes Waterfront Lodge, try to plan a lunch or dinner here. I really wanted to try the Cheddar Burger but didn't have time. I guess that gives us a reason to return now!

The service was fast and accurate. The server was attentive and pleasant with a great sense humor. The Buffalo wings were spicy but not excessive. The basket also had carrot and celery strips. We also had the best peanut butter pie. It was firm, smooth, and the flavor burst in your mouth. Great place to eat.

What a charming place. Easy walk from our hotel. Loved the rustic decor inside. Good size inside and large deck for dinning outside along side the river. The food was very good and fairly priced for Alaska.

We spent a week here this winter. The room was spacious and comfortable. A nice hardy free breakfast from 6-10 each morning. Decorated in Alaskan decore that created a warm inviting atmosphere. Lots of Alaskan art on the walls. Several animals mounted in the foyer. Free shuttle to and from the airport and Alaskan Railroad Depot. Great location for our base of operation while visiting the Fairbanks area. Good restaurant next door, just a walk across the parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Machala and Terry for going above and beyond. Uber was non existent, but there are several taxi services and rental car companies very close at the airport which the hotel will shuttle you to for free. We highly recommend the Pump House restaurant, which is a short drive but worth the trip. Make a reservation, bar opens at 4pm, restaurant at 5:00, closed Sunday-Monday.

Spontaneous 9 family member Dinner! Food & beverages were wonderful! Service was good too! If it wasn't 25 to 30 degrees below zero 😢 the deck would have been wonderful!

Just loved the vibe!!! This was the first place we went to eat after landing in Fairbanks and must say, it gives you warm welcome. We had ordered the Chicken Fettuccine and crab stuffed mushroom and it was so comforting. The patio vibe is really good. The berry cocktail was so so so good. The Crème brûlée was okay, I’ve had better one but will definitely try other desserts later. The place was busy in the evening and staffs were very nice.

We were warned that they get busy and we should be early. We had no issue getting a table for 7 at 5PM on a weeknight. The food was pretty good-fish and chips were fine. My daughter ordered the mac and cheese and it was so greasy that she didn't care for it, but the waitress brought her something else and took the mac and cheese off the bill since she didn't care for it and that was nice. The desserts were amazing-carrot cake and blueberry bread pudding. The restaurant itself is pretty dated considering the cost. But I kind of get the impression that this is typical for the area.
My only quibble is that they were very poorly organized. There was no host. So you just walked up and sat down somewhere. This is fine but without anyone to direct traffic at a busy restaurant, there are people roaming the deck trying to figure out if you are almost done so they can claim your table. I even saw two middle aged women arguing over which of them claimed a table first. This could be solved with a proper host to take down names or something and again, given the cost of meals at the place, you'd think they could afford someone to just keep track of who is coming and going on the deck.
Otherwise, it was a good place to have dinner. Fun to watch boats go by.
