Review Adalberto's Mexican Food - Fair Oaks

Worst mexican food ever it has no flavor and the tortas and burritos are so plane not like regular authentic mexican food and the salsa is watered down with no flavor as well. As u can see the torta is mostly lettuce no tomatoes or other ingredients and a THIN layer of meat.. and the burito only had guac and meat NO rice, beans, sourcream, nothing.

I stopped in at 9:30 this morning. Was surprised when I got my order quick. I got home with my order and thought there was something odd. It was not warm or hot. Normally the container reflects the foods hot by heat indentations. There was nothing. The tacos were room temp with guacamole and cheese on top. These tacos were not cooked. Should go demand my money back, only three taco left. If this is the way they now provide food, I won't be back. Scale of 1 to 10, Minus1.

Got 2 orders of chicken enchiladas today with extra sauce. Saw a $1.55 increase in price for each, likely due to the pandemic. But then I get the bag and it feels very light. I get home, and the enchiladas barely take up half of the box when they usually take up the whole thing. And there is literally no sauce at all. Looks like this place is charging more for less. Won't be coming back.

All of their food is remarkable, however there is one item that I am obsessed with,... their Fish Tacos. Yes, it is fried fish, lettuce, tomato and cilantro,... yet it is their version of Tartar Sauce that make these tacos soar. I also enjoy their Steak Chimichangas' when I am really hungry and I think I can finish it. The only drawback is at times their drive-thru servers speak very little English and there is sometimes a communication issue. However, we work through it together and accomplish the mission regardless. Great people and great food, always!

Location makes a difference. The family feud that created these differently spelled places is weird, same menu but apparently different results. The rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese are just WAY better at the location on Madison and Dewey! Who knew? (Well, now you do!!)

I've had good food from this place, it's always hit or miss though. Last we stop by to pick up a super Pollo burrito and a carna asada qusadillo. The chicken in the burrito was out of a can...let me say that again..canned chicken was used to make our burrito. This was probably the most disappointing experience with this particular location.

Used to stop at this place almost every day for a breakfast burrito with extra chease. At some point they they would charge for extra cheese but there would almost be no cheese what so ever. And then like 4 times in a like 2 weeks I would get some random order instead of what I ordered. Well that just cost a customer.

Our order was missing an item. We ordered a beef burrito, and it was just peppers and onion. Prices just went up, and chips are no longer included. I get inflation, but they're obviously using it to cut corners. We will be driving a few extra minutes to go to a much better and cheaper place.
