We want a romantic relaxing evening out. My choice to go to the Fair Haven Inn exceeded our expectations. The Inn was decorated with elegance on our was in. The staff was very patient with us. We wanted to take our time, talk have an appietizer and drinks before we ordered dinner. We were not rush
The 'generous' 2 stars are for Bruce, who rolled out a red carpet for us and was wonderful. We never felt so welcome at a restaurant before! When he was done with us, the greatness ended. The food was just "ok" at best, and the choices very limited (only because we went for lunch and not dinner).
Food was delicious and the service terrific. Their christmas decorations were beautiful!
