The ice cream is good for sure, but nothing too unique. You can find something similar at other places in excelsior. Licks is wonderful, however, because of its location. You can pop in and then head down to the commons, which is wonderful.

Beautiful ice cream shop at a wonderful location. Workers are amazing and very helpful. Ice cream is delicious. I love their flavors peanut butter cookie dough and zoreo. Always leave a good tip for the employees.

Licks is always the best! Every time I come back to Minnesota I try to make it to Licks at least once. It's so cute and they've always got a ton of good ice cream flavors. They were open until 10 pm when we went.
It’s a shame this place is closed because it would be the perfect place to bring your lover today (Valentines Day). You bring that special someone here, and you’ll inevitably get Licks Unlimited; if you know what I mean…. ;)
