We were treated incredibly rudely after they found out we were only there for an appetizer and dessert. It was to the point we felt uncomfortable being there. The credit card machine was down so they were lucky we stayed for anything considering an average bowl of pho was $15 (way overpriced). They didn’t even fully plate our desert with the espresso it was supposed to come with. I am sure there are other places to go where the staff treats everyone with kindness regardless of what they order and would not recommend this place.

I don't understand the high reviews except that maybe they were from awhile back because they used to be good. Now they very rude...CASH only and Demand for tips! Plus they only give you 2/3 of the container full for carry outs and their carry out containers have also magically shrunk. Not to mention their food is inconsistent in flavor and ingredients. Could they possibly cut the tofu and veggies any smaller. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Their food is not bad, but they only accept cash payments, which is a hassle and I have to suspect that their motivation for this is tax avoidance. But for my final takeout order the cashier shorted me more than 10% of of my change. I would have tipped 15% if he hadn't done that, but instead I opted to post this review and not go back.

This place is one our go to’s in Evergreen! The pho is delicious on a cold snowy night. We get it to go every time and it’s really fun making the soup bowl at home! We’d love to try it in person hopefully soon!

I went to pho evergreen tonight with my family. We were greeted kindly at first. we ordered and the food started coming out slowly. my husbands food came out first and what we thought my was my daughters food was set in front of her. she began eating her chicken pho. we were still waiting. shortly after the two kids pho came out and we found out the bowl my daughter had been eating out of was actually in fact mine. I don't have any issues eating after my daughter but she chewed up a piece of chicken and had spit it back in the soup. not exactly what i wanted to eat. I asked if they could just replace the bowl as it was set in front of her and i'd like to not eat the chewed up chicken. They took the bowl and came back with another bowl very quickly. when I started getting into the bowl they had given me it still had the piece of chewed up chicken in the bowl so they basically just took the soup i had originally and put it in a new bowl. When I brought it up the manager she was extremely rude even though I showed her the chewed up piece of chicken I had pulled out of the second bowl. After they brought the new bowl I began eating and everything seemed fine however the waitress never came back to the table to even check on us or refill waters. We had to track someone down to pay our tab and when they had me pay the manager called someone on the phone and gave someone my card information instead of running my card in the restaurant. Sadly will not be returning based on this experience.

Vietnamese food is my favorite, being from L.A. I've eaten a lot, and know good from bad. I must say Pho Evergreen is spot on, from the delicate and clear broth of the Pho, to their artistic Spring rolls, they are not the World's cheapest, they are a contender for the best.
Try them, I highly recommend you do.

For $18.00 + tip, my peanut encrusted shrimp were day old bits of sliced, rubbery shrimp. Horrible meal that I would have declined had not my friend recommend this place. Papaya was tasteless and the sauce was out of a jar.

Portions are literally half of what they were a year ago. Using smaller carry out boxes to appear the same. Bull****! I watched a woman in front of me bullied into tipping on her carry out order. I should have said something.
I paid $35 for two fried rice orders that were enough each to feed a small child. They need competition. Simply awful, just rice.
