The Gyro Shack

Our first time here was an accident; I was actually trying to get to a different Greek place. We decided to check it out and were not disappointed. The service was delightful. He was patient, accommodating, and friendly. The food was delicious. Very flavorful! The Oita was warm and soft. The hummus and tzatziki were both amazing. Even the kid food (grilled chicken and chips) was really well prepared. The rewards program is straightforward too. Spend $50 and get $5 off a purchase, and a $5 reward for signing up. Only downside is no refills on drinks, but we should drink more water anyway. :P

Second Visit Review (Update) Deluxe Gyro was very good... again. Service was friendly and very fast... again. Fresh, well seasoned gryo... again. Two drive-thru's, not 2 lanes, two drive-thru windows! Fastest gyro in Everett fo sho! Price? Honestly, the price of a Gyro here is about the same as the other 4 places in the area. But, they are good, uber fast and "drive thru window" convenient. No complaints here.

What a fun little spot! There is a drive through and outdoor seating only, so this is a fun pit stop. The gyros were very, very yummy and fresh and the staff was extremely friendly and timely. I can't wait to go again this summer with my friends and sit outside. There is construction currently going on in the same parking lot, so don't think that they are closed!

Yum!! Spicy and meaty and more meat and more spice. It was the first time we had eaten there. Husband is lactose intolerant, so we had to discuss what the ingredients are and work around the dairy. He really liked it. We both had salads, which I thought went better with the gyro than having it by itself. We'll be going back for sure.

*Update* After our complaint the owner showed great concern and strived with excellence to make our poor experience right. We were provided with a chance to go back to our local shack to try the service once more. We were treated much better, right away and with a smile; major improvement, and that was before the women at the stand knew who we were. The food is still amazing and we are happy to give our business to this stand. I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 happily. The food is delicious... Sad that the service is poor. The girls that work there always have a stuck up, and poor attitude and show it quite deliberately. Tired of being treated like I'm bothering them when I or my husband order. About to deal with not ordering their food as to not suffer the major attitude problem. They should really appreciate the business they receive. Not everyone memorizes the menu before they arrive, and shouldn't be treated poorly when they say things wrong.
