I worked in restaurants a minimum of 17 years and when a place says they close at 9 , you could walk in at 859 and be sat and served from the entire menu. Well mikes here says open til 9 so why when I call at 830 and I told to hurry up because they were closing in 10 . couldn't order any cheesesteaks anyway because they've already taken the grill down. I feel like really you close at 830 apparently so let's put the correct business hours up eh?

Food is good but the service not so much, Initially when I made my 1st order, I asked for cheesteak sub and I received a cheese chicken subb instead of cheesesteak sub and I didn’t mind the chicken sub so I ordered another one so I wouldn’t have to waste the food but this time I told them I wanted a cheesesteak subb instead of cheese chicken and yet again when I got home to unwrap both the subbs, they made the other one just like the first error, I like the chicken cheese subs but they messed up 2 times back to back? Rookie mistakes.

Never order “Mikes way”. Unless you want a goopy soggy piece of bread you could eat with a straw…..
Service was ok otherwise. Threw the sandwich out though because I couldn’t get through the wall of vinaigrette.

JM has the best subs. I ordered a chicken cheese steak (minus the cheese). They grill the chicken and onions on the spot. I like adding lettuce, tomato, and banana peppers. My husband ordered a roast beef sub adding blue cheese dressing. Both were the regular sized subs and plentiful.

Just walked out of this location, employees are not listening to customers at all and just shouting back the same thing till the customer agrees. I didn't want my sub mikes way, I just wanted the sandwich how it is. Why is this a hard concept for your employees to grasp? Do you make more money when it's Mike's way? Is this you forcing up sales?

The manager is one of the least friendly people I've ever encountered. I've tried several different times thinking just a bad day but just bad experiences. After the last encounter I will not be back to this location.

The place is clean, the help very attentive and polite with a smile on their faces. The food was fast and delicious

I only gave a 2 star review because the sandwiches themselves are great. But the service…. Don’t even get me started. The slowness of the employees during lunch rush is astonishing. They have two people working while there is several people in line waiting to order and a bunch of mobile orders. Only piece of advice is to hire more people of have more staff on the floor during the rush.
