Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I use to go here daily. My favorite smoothie place. My last visit was horrible. I waited at the drive thru to order for 5 minutes no one would answer. I finally drove up to the window and no one noticed i was there. One employee was talking on her cell phone and when she realized i was at the window she took off. After about another 5 minutes someone finally comes to the window. By then I’m concerned that no one even noticed i was there. After telling her i had been there for 10 minutes just trying to be noticed so i could order she was VERY rude. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the GM. I couldn’t even get the owners number or how to contact someone over her. I couldn't believe the way she treated me over THEIR mistake. I will NEVER return to this location. I’ve craved their smoothies every day but refuse to spend my money where I was talked to so rudely. I’ll just take my daily order to Starbucks where the employees are glad to take my order and do it very kindly.
