We ordered the 8 honey bbq boneless wings and the 8 pieces consisted of some pieces that were so small they could barely be described as a bite, let alone a whole wing. Have never seen such poor quality at this pizza hut before!

Online ordering improves each time I order. Food was good and hot. Drinks were cold and ready to drink. We will keep coming back to the Boonville New Harmony location in Evansville IN. Thanks for asking

Paid $65 for an order and they didn’t leave the soda. Tried to call the store with no answer for over one hour. Called the hotline and they weren’t successful getting through to the store either. Asked them to refund me and they told me the store is the only one who I can get a refund from. If I wanted to drive to the store to get a refund then I wouldn’t have asked for delivery so I could spend another $10 giving a tip to the driver. The hotline told me to continue to try calling the store every 30 minutes until getting them to answer. On top of it all the pizza was probably the worst Pizza Hut pizza we’ve ever eaten. Extremely dissatisfied!

The food is good, but they don't have forks lol Can you imagine serving pasta as a carry-out and not having any forks? The gave me plastic knives instead. I actually heard the dude say to the new guy who was trying to help me, "Oh... Here. I just usually give them these knives instead." I guess that The Hut isn't looking to out-pasta anyone any time soon lol

Give the crew members a sharper blade for cutting the pizza. We always have to dirty our pizza cutter to get the pieces out. The whole pizza usually only has one or two slices that are cut all the way through.

The pizza was delicious and made to order. The order was complex. The manager was calm & friendly in a busy environment.

The breadsticks are going downhill. They are hard to tear apart and no longer are worth ordering. They used to be fluffy.

Make sure everything is cut throughout, the pizza was barely cut though and the bread sticks were not cut at all, this has happened the last few times we have order from here.
