This is by far the worst experience I have ever witnessed. first off they say they were under staffed but they had at least 5 workers I saw working. We waited inside for 35 mins before an employee even took our order. then with 12 people standing in line they decided to lock every door so Noone else could come in. (which is illegal when you have customers inside your business). then they are using bare hands to cut bananas and touch other items on our ice cream.

We have been to this Dairy Queen many times over the years and always had good service, but the lack of organization we experienced Friday evening may keep us from returning. While there appeared to be many employees working, several customers, including us, waited 10 to 15 minutes to get a sundae or Blizzard even after the order was taken, and even then we had to ask when we were going to get our order before anyone started on it. And the dining room was not that busy so that should not have been a factor.

This Dairy Queen is the worst! I understand restaurants are having a tough time being short staffed, but I waited over 15 minutes past promised time for my online order. Oh, and it’s hit or miss if their lobby is open.

This place is horrible. Service sucks they never have ice cream or change. Their worse than sonic. I will never go to this place again. Bunch of rude crooks never wanna give u ur change. Oh exact money only sir. I bet after i handed them a 50 dollar bill. No im good keep the ice cup. Ill go to schnucks an buy ice cream. Thanks avoid this place folks. Worst DQ i have ever been to. Im curious how its still open.

i got a small blizzard and they didn’t flip my blizzard when they gave it to me. so asked if i could get a free one since they didn’t flip it ( that’s how is it anywhere else ) and they told me that’s they don’t do that. it’s only at participating locations. HOW HARD IS IT TO FLIP A BLIZZARD UP SIDE DOWN???

Terrible customer service. If you want to talk about your guests, do it out of ear shot. I will never be back and I'm in customer service. I will make sure to tell all my customers not to frequent this establishment. Word of mouth is everything .

Stopped in during my lunch, which is 30 minutes. Had to leave and go back to work because the employees working the counter was more interested in having a conversation with another employee instead of doing their job!!
