Lots of variety, fair prices. The apple spice was not exactly what we hoped. The glazed donut holes were yummy. The brown sugar cinnamon latte was very good.

Went through the drive through this morning, ordered a HOT coffee, went to grab it from the drive through worker and the lid was not on all the way, and it spilled all over me and my car. The worker stood there and stared. I had to ask for napkins, my coffee wasn't replaced..she just asked what color lid was on my cup and gave me a different lid. My hand was very burnt along with my leg, not to mention over half of my coffee was gone. Won't be going back.

They've messed up my coffee everytime I've been here for the past year. I'm lactose intolerant and order with oat/soy, but there are times where I don't feel confident that they actually replaced the milk and throw it away. The lattes are either extremely sugary or extremely watered down, there's no in-between. The donuts are great, though!

I quit going to this donut bank because they've only got my order right once. I guess the employees just don't care. I drive a little farther to go to the one on Weinbach and Washington. Today I got lazy and decided to try again...nope wrong again. Never again.

First visit to the Donut Bank! The turtle latte was awesome! Donuts were fresh and delicious. Service was great. The woman behind the counter was very nice and took the time to help me choose what I wanted.

I ordered 3 frappes, 2 were like drinking melted ice cream or creamy chocolate milk, the third had large ice chunks along with being creamy. Not my idea of a frappe. I get them frequently at the Princeton location and have never experienced this. For nearly $6 each I was very disappointed in the product. Customer service was good however.
