It seems every time I try this Starbucks while traveling to EVV it has no oat milk- which yeah blah blah you didn’t get the milk you wanted- but it really changes the flavor of the shaken espressos. They sub for soy milk, which works, but it loses the whole oatmeal cookie flavor of the brown sugar drink. That said, the store is clean and runs efficiently so other than whining over spilt milk- it’s a fine location.

It was crowded. We used the app to make our order and got to the location on time but waited for a push notification that the drinks were ready before we attempted to get thru the crowd to pick up the drinks. 15 minutes later we went in anyway and the drinks were waiting on us watered down.

Guarantee drink completion drive thru not sure about inside pick up most locations have trouble making classics they made a good good drink the way and with extra thx✌🏻

Line for drive thru very long. Go park and see sign on door that the lobby is closed. Get back in drive thru line. Wait 15 minutes. See Starbucks worker come out and put a sign few cars back but say nothing to the cars still in line. Finally get to sign to order and am told they are closed. Waste of time and horrible customer service. Should have finished taking orders for two cars left in front of sign.
