Heady's Pizza

We were in town for a concert and ordered from Heady's after the show because they were the only local pizza place open. What a delightful surprise! Great pizza, awesome Stromboli, and the delivery person was very polite and followed our delivery instructions. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Went from one of the premiere pizza places in Evansville to the worst. Not only are the delivery drivers rude but the food is always undercooked. Might as well change the name to raw garlic knots. Blah blah pizza gives them half a star and they love to put your sauce on top of your breadsticks so the plastic melts into the cheese. Do not waste your money on this establishment for they charge a lot and offer little in return.

They can’t follow instructions, I’ve been a customer for almost a year now or more and they have my address wrong -like how? so I paid $35 for Cold Pizza. And there’s always something wrong with my order I love the pizzas and I love the ingredients it’s just the people who work there -Henderson store is better I just wish that they delivered it to Evansville

I wish I had taken a picture of the pizza we received but hind sight is 20/20 and since I was told my food would be replaced I saw no reason to take a picture and do a negative review. We are all humans and make mistakes. So to the reason for this review. My fiancé called back and told whomever he spoke with that our pizza definitely did not have extra cheese as you could see through the toppings to the crust. Obviously headys pizza is not cheap but is usually worth the money. This time it was not so we called backed. My fiancé was told since we were leaving to head back to Illinois where we live they would replace it at a later time. Not once did anyone mention that headys only replaces food orders for 48 hours or we would have just picked it up on our way out of of town. Fast forward a week later we call for our replacement and get told we could only get it for 48 hours after the original order was made. My fiancé asked why we weren’t told that the prior week. Of course it was “I am so sorry whomever you spoke with should have told you that it’s our policy” my fiancé then just ended the call. That was Saturday night. I called Sunday afternoon and asked for a manager and explained what we had experienced. He said it was their policy but he would leave a note for the store manager to call me on Monday. Here it is Tuesday night at almost midnight and haven’t heard anything from Headys or a store manager. Sad between our order and our friends order we spent close to $100 tipped the driver $15 and the driver was the only positive part of this whole experience.
