Tried the new burger. This location was very slow at the time. Manager and 2 hourly associates in view. Burger was reheated in the deep fryer ( not sure if that is standard). Manager took my order seemed frustrated to be on register. Hourly associate were outside on smoke break. I did not find the burger to be bad. But should have gone with a beef and cheddar. The location is getting a refresh. According to signs. Maybe review customer service skills with manager.

Sliders and an appetizer are my GO TO Lunch choices here. They have 5 or more different sliders to choose from and it's nice to get a variety of sides (instead of just French Fries) for a side dish. This makes for a nice tasty, hot n fresh lunch every time.

Great food, taste good, good price, many items to pick from. Good customer service. The better of the restaurants to dine at in 1st Ave area! Yes, I will dine there again.

"We have the meats" is false advertising. I got to the drive thru and the first thing I hear on the speaker is "I'm sorry, we're out of roast beef". WHERE'S THE BEEF? It's okay though. Got our French Dip sandwiches from McAllister's Deli instead. Will be back to Arby's though. These things happen.

Went through the drive thru, staff were friendly and quick to make food. The food itself left something to be desired, the ingredients didn’t taste very fresh and neither did the bread.

I ordered 2 kids' meals and a meal for myself.. Somehow, they only heard one kids meal and went ahead and gave me the second one for free. They cooked their fries to well done, which I like, and their Swiss chicken sandwich was delicious. I will return! PLEASE LIKE THIS REVIEW vvvvvvvvvvBELOWvvvvvvvvvv

Arby's really a used to be the place to go for great food. Arby's still has good food but, it is nowhere near as good as it was 10 years ago. The quality of food has definitely declined. They do still offer quite a bit. But the food that you see on commercials and in promotions very rarely ever looks the same. Their roast beef, which they are known for, is still pretty decent but, oftentimes the buns for those roast beef sandwiches or other sandwiches aren't the freshest. Their chicken sandwiches could definitely be better; oftentimes they taste like cardboard. I remember the good old days, when a chicken bacon & swiss sandwich was the bomb! Well, not anymore! Their new Meats sandwiches are kind of hit & miss; sometimes decent and sometimes Not so decent. Although I don't eat them, I would assume they're Market Fresh sandwiches are pretty good. Like the Chicken Salad sandwich. Their curly fries are usually bland and overcooked. It really sucks that they don't have their regular fries anymore. They were always good. They were among the best french fries in fast food, in my opinion. Their milkshakes are pretty good. Right now, they have an Orange Cream shake that is fantastic. I wish I could give Arby's a better rating but, like I said earlier, Arby's just isn't what it used to be.
