Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I stopped to get dinner. 9:07. Apparently, they close at 9:00. I didn't know that. I pulled in to the drive-through. I sat at the speaker box; no one answered. I pulled around and sat at the window; no one so much as acknowledged me. No one came to the window and said, "Hello, sir. I'm sorry, but we are closed for the evening." Very lousey customer service. If there was a rating of less than 1 star, I would've given that rating. If you want good customer service (if even just to tell you that they are already closed), I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!

Update to the review below from 3 weeks earlier: The dining room is open during lunch and they are trying to hire more staff to open it fully. Go DQ!!! We wanted to eat inside but the dining room was closed. My wife called a week later to ask if the dining area was opened. The lady who answered the phone said they want to open it but don't have enough staff. We will try this location again at a later date.

I'm not a culinary expert and I know this is fast food. But you don't need to make the burger so fast that the beef patties are falling out of the buns in a Sloppy cheese mess with bearly a splash of condiments. It's not Rocket Science to make food look nice, but atleast 1 of the 2 burgers I ordered looked ok. They both tasted ok but I had a huge stomach ache after I left. Either to much Gease or maybe something went bad. Please check your stock and expiration dates. 😣😖🤮

They are NOT open for dine in. Only drive thru right now. They told us they are short handed so until they are able to get more help it will be this way. The workers that were there are very tired (which is understandable ) but .... were not friendly. As far as the blizzards they were tasty would recommend the strawberry cheese cake.

The food here is good, the ice cream is even better. But the last two times I've come here I have ordered ahead on the DQ app, selected curbside pickup, and then waited more than 15 to 20 minutes in the parking lot before anyone brought out my food. By then, of course, my food was cold and my ice cream melted. Seriously if you don't want to do curbside pickup, just take it off of the app.
